The EMCOMAT 14 is the smallest machine in the EMCOMAT series. It replaces the EMCO classic MAXIMAT Super 11CD. The EMCOMAT 14 is a lathe for the toughest demands:infinite speed adjustment, 5.4 kW drive performance and yet compact and highly accurate. This mini with a maximum of class can be found in every workshop where top precision is needed in a small space: in optical, electric and automobile shops, in laboratories and on the Formula 1
Produced acc. to ISO9001:2000

The EMCOMAT E-200 EASY CYCLE is intended for production-oriented users. High chip-cutting power, precision and universality are its characteristic features. The generous workspace allows large workpieces to be machined. The machine can be operated manually with hand wheels or feed keys or, with EMCO EASY CYCLE, as cycle-controlled lathe. Thereforce, it`s applicable for the production of single parts or small series. EMCO`s wide range of options covers everything you need to handle even the most complicated machining projects. The EMCOMAT E-200`s circulating ball screws free of play allow precise axes positioning.

The GOLD lathe is a machine designed for diamond-cutting of the chains. It's very compact and it has the precision and all mechanic proprerties of a traditional centre lathe. It keeps gears inside the head and the Norton gearbox for making threads showed by list. By means of a pedal keyboard, it is possible to select clockwise or anticlockwise rotation of the spindle at the chosen speed for chain winding operations. Whenever the chain would break, the machine has a safety system that stops the spindle in a very short time.
Standard equipment:
Self-centring faceplate - Spindle taper reducing bush - Instruction manual - Matt chromium plated levers and handwheels - Tie road.

Standard Accessories:
Faceplate - Self-centring faceplate - Fixed rest - Mobile rest - Dead centres - Taper spindle reducing bush - Series of set screw wrenches - Motor-driver pump and coolant system - Safety screen in Plexiglas - Instruction manual - matt chromium plated levers and handwheels.

OMG 400/500
Traditional lathe with istantaneous variation of spindle speed, stop of the longitudinal chariot with micro switch. Fast deplacement of the chariots.
THE TP SERIES
The lathes we are now showing have been conceived to resolve economic and technical important problems. So, on design, we have taken into account not only stiffness, productive power, handiness, higher accuracy, but also centralised controls and instantaneous spindle speeds variation. Instantaneous spindle speeds variation means to earn about two hours a day and less fatigue for workers. All gears (headstock, Northon box, saddle, and apron) are in Cr.Ni.Mo. steel, forged, thermical treated and ground.

Precision and easy-to-use parallel lathes
- Cunning hydraulically servo-controled spindle system combining flexibility and infinite range of spindle speeds.
- Automatic pitch up threadcutting cycles for common metric and whitworth pitches.
- Sensitive tailstock.
- Box of feeds and worming with direct reading.
- Mother screw protected by watertight telescopic tubes forming an oil reservoir.
- Centralized lubrification system of the tracks.
- Protections of the lather operator particularly elaborate

Two models are available, differing by their distance between centres, swing over bed and power.
- OPTICA 360
- OPTICA 590
Combining qualities of conventional machines and CNC ones, this new generation of lathes brings supplementary speed and acurracy, without changing operators habits (in particular, conventional use by the two wheels).
They are an interesting new teach-in lathes alternative.
Because they are designed by operators for themselves, these lathes are easy to use, quick to be in hand (less than a half-day is enough), and need no specific proficiency concerning programming language.
