Flex-Lag® Weld-On Ceramic
Eliminate the belt vibration and cleaner chatter often caused by ordinary weld-on lagging by installing Flex-Lag® Weld-OnCeramic Pulley Lagging. It features a new gutterless design with easily installed over-lapping segments. So the wide gaps between strips of conventional weld-on lagging products are eliminated.
Flex-Lag® Ceramic
When conventional rubber lagging fails to correct belt slippage, the solution is Flex-Lag® Ceramic Tile Lagging. Our Ceramic Tile Lagging features the highest coefficient of friction available in lagging materials - two to three times the friction of rubber in wet, muddy or dry conditions. |

T Cleats
When required by special application needs, Tatch-A-Cleat® is available in four bondable cleat styles: T Cleats, V-Guides, Scoop Cleats and Flanges.
T Cleats are an efficient profile used to move material up inclines. The top of the cleat has a full radius, which gently transports the material to avoid bruising and marking of the product. The bottom edges taper, allowing for a smooth transition between belt and cleat. Also available in a heavy-duty configuration. These cleats offer greater carrying capacity for heavier objects.
Scoop Cleats
When required by special application needs, Tatch-A-Cleat® is available in four bondable cleat styles: T Cleats, V-Guides, Scoop Cleats and Flanges.
Unlike the T Cleat, which has an upright that is perpendicular to the base, the upright of the Scoop Cleat is at a 60° angle to the base. When operating on an incline, this allows the Scoop Cleat to gently cradle the product up a more aggressive incline. It also helps to prevent the product from rolling back over the top of the cleat.

The F-Series is ideal for mining operations where a machine-applied, narrow-looped staple splice is preferred. All stainless steel construction makes the F-Series a long-wearing solution for tough underground mining environments.
Patented built-in belt stops ensure accurate fastener installation. Narrow flat loop fasteners help extend hinge pin life, while beveled edges and deep, recessed staple pockets provide a smooth profile and a smooth transition for belt cleaners.
F-Series works with maximum operating tensions of up to 800 P.I.W. (140kN/m). It will work with belt thickness range of 7/32" to 9/16" (6mm to 14mm). Recommended minimum pulley diameter is 9" to 12" (225mm to 300mm). |

CBS
The CBS is a mechanical switch which detects and prevents belt misalignment on conveyors. It reacts to the tilt caused by the misaligned belt. The CBS comes with 2 outputs - 15° and 30° - which trigger a first step alarm and a stop. The sensors are connected to a central monitoring unit, CB2V0A, which can control four sensors and triggers an alarm or stop signal and also provides a time delay.
The cylinders in contact with the belt are available in different options:
Mounted on a stainless steel bearing
-- stainless steel 304 or nylon cylinder
Mounted on shaft
-- nylon cylinder
The adjustable support is in stainless steel and allows a simple installation and adjustment of the sensors.
The advantage of this system lies in the fact that the force of contact between the cylinder and the belt is limited to the weight of the cylinder itself. This means that the cylinder is not damaged / cut by the belt even if they are in contact for a certain length of time.
The sensors are usually installed in pairs on each side of the machine.

Flexco makes it easy to find the pulley lagging you need to eliminate belt slippage, increase pulley life, improve water shedding, and boost productivity. Plus, these benefits are achieved without removing the pulley form your conveyor system! Flex-Lag® application requires only a time- and labor-saving cold vulcanization process. So it installs easily on-site.
Flex-Lag® Diamond-Pattern Rubber Lagging is a high-durometer rubber for abrasion resistance and water-shedding. Based on the design of treads used for rain tires, the diamond pattern splits the film of water and deflects it into lateral or diamond-shaped grooves - away from the pulleys. A high coefficient of friction, combined with exceptional water-shedding capabilities, helps keep belt slippage to the absolute minimum.
Flex-Lag® Plain-Pattern Lagging helps prevent belt slippage in the dirtiest environments. Rubber flexes during use, shedding excess material, preventing build-up, and preventing premature belt and pulley wear. Horizontal grooves between plain rubber strips trap and deflect water from the pulleys. This results in a coefficient of friction vastly superior to plain sheet-type lagging.
Flex-Lag® Light-Duty Lagging is ideal for compact pulleys and most light-duty applications. Specially designed for pulleys having diameters as small as 2" (50mm). Moisture is channeled between small raised buttons that support and grip the belt, delivering the extra traction to drive your belt. |

Eliminator® PT Max
The PT Max is the only true high-performance belt trainer on the market. Unlike conventional trainers that rely only on the center pivot to steer the belt, the PT Max employs the unique "pivot and tilt" action that provides a greater training influence on the belt. The PT Max reacts and compensates instantly to belt misalignment, and helps keep material on the belt where it belongs.
Unlike conventional trainers that only pivot, PT trainers also tilt to bring belts back in line faster. Here's how. Sensor rollers allow for a predetermined degree of belt wander. Once the belt moves beyond these limits, twin sensor rollers engage the belt edge, causing the top frame to begin a pivoting action. This pivoting action immediately triggers a corresponding tilting action that increases tension in the belt on the side that is tracking off, and reduces the tension on the opposite side. This uneven tension causes the belt to move back to center.
The dual rollers safe guard belt edges. Twin sensor rollers on each arm increase the surface contact area when engaged on the belt's edge. This greatly reduces severe edge pressure and minimizes belt-edge damage. |

rEscan's technology is the answer to the early detection of cord breaks, corrosion and splice failure.
The rEscan system works through magnetic flux leakage; steel cords are magnetized within the belting then measured for the amount of magnetic flux leakage seen in the belt. The key to this system is twin conditioning heads, which aligns all the magnetic domains thus giving a clean strong signal. The system is comprised of a set of two 'conditioning transducers (permanent magnets), one'sense transducer 'and one Tachometer.
As the belt passes by the transducer a signal is sent directly to a rEscan computer system then all data is reviewed on the belt in the Left, Center and Right orientation. Once the data has been analyzed, the rEscan Technician can accurately tell you where the damage is in your belt down to the closest millimeter in precision. "

| The Splice Monitoring System allows the remote measurement of splice elongation. The SMS monitors all types of splices in fabric conveyor belting by imbedding small targets into the belting at a set distance on either side of each vulcanised splice. No such targets are imbedded for mechanical clips. |
|
| The Textile Belt Analyser (TBA) uses high frequency radio waves to determine the integrity of fabric and solid woven belting and their splices. Discontinuity in belting can be such things as carcass rot, folds (created during manufacture), cuts and tears to the conveyor covers, as well as areas of delamination including at the splices. This minimises the possibility of an unpredictable belt breakage resulting in lost production byincreasing the reliability of the conveyor system. |
