- A support of the return strand on the lateral areas with no bending of the belt.
In the Longitudinal way, the flexibility of standard belts is preserved. In other words, tight belts on frame don't require larger drum diameter than the standard EP belt.

The TRANSPLY range offers an elastic assembly which absorbs shocks and excess tensions by means of its built-in shock absorbing pad. The TRANSPLY structure consists of two plies (polyester warp / polyamide weft) with an rubber backing.

DRAGO SERIES
Green coloured PVC belts with a chemical composition similar to BREDA belts, differing in their flexible weft, double cover, and greater loading capacity. Sandvik 1100C is a carbon steel with a hard, smooth surface and a
black oxide layer, which makes it suitable for any application with

TRANSPROFIL belts have 15 mm or 25 mm high chevrons moulded and directly integrated in the cover of the conveyor belt. These profiles are produced in a very high quality (grade D) anti-abrasive cover.
The TRANSPROFIL is a chevron belt specially designed to meet the specific requirements of an increase in the angle of inclination of the conveyor. It will be used in cases in which a conventional conveyor belt is incapable of retaining the materials conveyed.

ASTER SERIES
PVC belts with embossed top cover specially suited for inclined and declined conveyance. Most of them have 2 plies, rigid weft and are antistatic. There also are food belts, resistant to abrasion or flame retardant. Recommended applications: conveyance in airport facilities and packaging, irregular shaped bundles, organic and bulk products, etc.
