Our company group has developed some vulcanizing presses for rubber belts and for PVC belts, which are exceptionally robust, precise and easy to use.
The use of duralumiunium for the traverses allow a clear reduction of the weight.

Conveyor belt fastener for heavy-duty belts MINET

Fastener with pre-mounted staples:
- Simultaneous high tensile resistance and small pulley diameter
- For belts up to 1,050 N/mm strength
- Quick installation with a hammer tool

Material:
High tensile galvanized steel (HLE) with pre-mounted staples
made of coated carbon steel HLE.

Installation:
Using an open ended hammer tool which allows continuous lacing of wider belts.

Packaging:
Standard boxes with 2 strips for the requested belt width up to 1,600 N/mm in one piece (longer on demand), with or without hinge cable.
