Conveyor belts in stainless steel or in carbon steel are usually important components in plants for horizontal handling of goods and are widely employed in fields like metallurgical, mechanical, food, chemical, pharmaceutical industries and also in ceramics and glass industry.
The main properties of these belts realized in different shapes and with different wires and straps, are: great reliability in the long run with a tested wear resistance and great capability to work at high temperatures up to 1.200°c, in presence of strong mechanical stress, in aggressive environment too and in presence of slipping of process lubricants.

MAXOFLEX® – High-Incline Conveyor Belts with Corrugated Sidewalls and Cleats
The technically sophisticated Mayoflex conveyor belts can be used to transport all types of bulk material at inclines of up to 90°.
Maxoflex conveyor belts are available in varying types: oil-, grease and heat-resistant as well as flame-retardant and with textile or steel-cord tensile members.
Belts with corrugated sidewalls are offered in three categories: light (M), heavy (MWS) and extra heavy with fabric reinforcement (MWSF). Diversely shaped cleats are available: in straight, angulate and fabric-reinforced form as well as with separate base.
The distinguishing features of the basic Maxoflex belt are an extra-high degree of traverse stability combined with good longitudinal flexibility. The spacing of the cleats can be varied to suit individual application needs.

Light conveyor chains are used in a wide variety of applications such as
packaging, food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, bottling, glass containers,
manufacturing and many other industrial applications.
These chains are usually manufactured using the components of
standard transmission roller chains and specially designed attachments
or parts suitable for conveying applications.
Raw materials used are high quality carbon steels, stainless steels,
plastic resins, carbon steels with protective coatings (nickel plating,
zinc-chromium plating, brass plating) and carbon steels that undergo
special surface hardening treatments like chromizing and nitriding.
