Bushed conveyor chains consist of two components: one is the plate or the stud for the transmission of the tensile forces and the other is responsible for the rotation of the chain. Light conveyor chains are used in a wide variety of applications such as
packaging, food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, bottling, glass containers,
manufacturing and many other industrial applications.
These chains are usually manufactured using the components of
standard transmission roller chains and specially designed attachments
or parts suitable for conveying applications.
Raw materials used are high quality carbon steels, stainless steels,
plastic resins, carbon steels with protective coatings (nickel plating,
zinc-chromium plating, brass plating) and carbon steels that undergo
special surface hardening treatments like chromizing and nitriding.

Plastic Top Chain
Top plates and chain parts are made of engineering plastic and are connected using engineering plastic or stainless steel pins. Plastic top chains are used mainly in the food processing, beverage, dairy, and packaging industries.
RS Plastic Chain
The small pitch of RS plastic chain allows smaller diameter sprockets to be used, reducing the dead space between conveyors and ensuring smooth transfer of conveyed goods from one conveyor to another. The main markets for RS plastic chain come from the food processing, packaging, automobile, container, and pharmaceutical industries.
Beltop Chain
Beltop chain uses an alternating combination of interconnected modular engineering plastic links to transport goods in large quantities on wide, belt-shaped conveyors. Standard Pin Oven Chain:
Our Standard Pin Oven chain begins its life as 3⁄4" pitch ANSI chain but that's where the "standard" part ends. We improve this chain?s ability to perform in the harshest of environments by providing the components with the same superior qualities as our industrial drive chains such as: raw material selection and closely controlled heat treatment. Then we incorporate some additional clearances to accommodate the high temperatures of the drying ovens and allow more access for lubricant to enter the critical pin/bushing joint
