The Tru-Trainer employs a unique and highly effective tracking action, which is non-damaging to the belt and reacts immediately if the belt begins to drift off center.
Because it does not rely on contact with the belt edge in order to guide the belt, belt edge damage, which occurs frequently with other tracking systems, is avoided. The center pivot is unique and simple, consisting of a stainless steel pin within a solid steel center shaft. Advantages include:

Conveying and friction accumulating via radial friction clutch between drive unit and slide bush (one-sided friction). The driving force of the roller is load-depending, it sets itself automatically. Friction roller series 3800 and fixed driven rollers series 3500 have the same dimensions. They can thus be combined easily with each other and also be retro-fitted with the other drive types (friction/fixed drive). Rollers series 3800 are based on the universal roller series 1700, e.g. roller housings of the roller series 1700 are to be found on the non-driven side. The drive elements are optionally available in plastic (Sprockets - Polyamid 6.6, Toothed pinion - POM) or steel. Sprockets made of plastic are non-abrasive, tough elastic and noise damping. Sprockets made of steel are precision turned with precise teeth. The maximum load capacity of the roller is directly dependent with the amount of accumulation during the whole operational time.

Only tapered conveyor rollers can ensure that the items are conveyed round curves reliably. The different conveying speeds around the circumference of the tapered tubes allow perfect handling. Side guides are not absolutely necessary. Compared with straight sections, curved sections require greater installation lengths (assuming item dimensions are identical). For reliable handling, the actual clear width of the conveyor should be approx. 50 mm larger than the calculated width. EL and RL should be selected accord-ingly.

Arrowhead Ceramic Pulley Lagging Arrowhead ceramic pulley lagging provides the solution when conventional rubber lagging fails to correct belt slippage and wears prematurely. Our unique Arrowhead ceramic is designed for the highest drive factors unlike the conventional square tiles.
- MSHA approved for mine use- meets all requirements for flame resistant solid products taken into mines. Acceptance Marking No. MSHA IC -174/2
- Increase Productivity – by delivering increased traction between the belt and pulley, allows for lower belt tension than with rubber lagging.
- Improved Belt Tracking – due to the Arrowhead patterns self-cleaning ability, which reduces material build up and thereby eliminates the major source of misalignment.
- Bonding Strength – that is superior to others, due to 3mm of our neoprene compound vulcanized into bottom-side of the lagging.

Flex-Lag® Weld-On Ceramic
Eliminate the belt vibration and cleaner chatter often caused by ordinary weld-on lagging by installing Flex-Lag® Weld-OnCeramic Pulley Lagging. It features a new gutterless design with easily installed over-lapping segments. So the wide gaps between strips of conventional weld-on lagging products are eliminated.
Flex-Lag® Ceramic
When conventional rubber lagging fails to correct belt slippage, the solution is Flex-Lag® Ceramic Tile Lagging. Our Ceramic Tile Lagging features the highest coefficient of friction available in lagging materials - two to three times the friction of rubber in wet, muddy or dry conditions.

Plus, these benefits are achieved without removing the pulley form your conveyor system! Flex-Lag® application requires only a time- and labor-saving cold vulcanization process. So it installs easily on-site.
Flex-Lag® Diamond-Pattern Rubber Lagging is a high-durometer rubber for abrasion resistance and water-shedding. Based on the design of treads used for rain tires, the diamond pattern splits the film of water and deflects it into lateral or diamond-shaped grooves - away from the pulleys. A high coefficient of friction, combined with exceptional water-shedding capabilities, helps keep belt slippage to the absolute minimum.
Flex-Lag® Plain-Pattern Lagging helps prevent belt slippage in the dirtiest environments. Rubber flexes during use, shedding excess material, preventing build-up, and preventing premature belt and pulley wear. Horizontal grooves between plain rubber strips trap and deflect water from the pulleys. This results in a coefficient of friction vastly superior to plain sheet-type lagging.
Flex-Lag® Light-Duty Lagging is ideal for compact pulleys and most light-duty applications. Specially designed for pulleys having diameters as small as 2" (50mm). Moisture is channeled between small raised buttons that support and grip the belt, delivering the extra traction to drive your belt.

Mink roller brushes (BW) - Individually configured roller brushes with shafts
Mink roller brushes differ from other Mink round brushes by virtue of their integrated shafts. Owing to the wide-ranging demands made on these brushes, especially in terms of shaft dimensions, there is no advantage in maintaining a stock range. Nevertheless, with our extensive experience in this area we are able to configure special brushes for you very quickly. On account of its extraordinary versatility the Mink Zick-Zack-System can frequently serve as the basis for a reliable solution.

The modular principle underlying our one-way system of trapezoidal toothed roller brushes provides for fast, low cost changes of brushes. They can be installed and similarly removed by a simple hand operation. The teeth lock securely (and in a non-twist manner); as a result, a gap-free bristle surface is assured. Precise true running is guaranteed at all times. The DT system consists of brush segments which are mounted to the brush core with two locking collars.
