The GH-K tool is a precision inserted countersink tool with three effective cutting edges and large countersink range. The blades are precision ground as a matched set to achieved unmatched countersink finishes.
Inserts are easily reground to original accuracy.
High shear cutting action eliminates secondary burrs.
Used in manual and CNC applications with a 3-45mm countersink range.

Designed for "1960 Series" socket head cap screws, Weldon Tu-lip Counterbores are extremely free cutting. With only two lips to regrind, tool room grinding costs are greatly reduced. Generous chip room in the flutes minimizes breakage caused by clogging. Solid pilots without grooves will not ream or mar holes.
