Couplers and Multi-couplers
The GU line is made up of Couplings and Inserts. They allow for a quick, safe connection and disconnection of two parts within a pneumatic installation without cutting off the air supply.
They are indeed provided with a poppet valve system that stops the air flow during the disconnection phase.
Couplings are mainly used to rapidly connect the air tubes with pneumatic tools and for this purpose a female coupling with a poppet is assembled on the pressurised part and the male insert on the tools to be disconnected.

The Rotary Joint device allows electrical and pneumatic lines from the robot to feed through to the tool — keeping air and electrical lines on the robot from twisting. The Rotary Joint has two components: fixed and rotating. The rotating component consists of the robot adaptor, tool adaptor, and a central connecting core. The fixed component is a central ring which is held stationary by a torque rod attached to a fixed part of the robot arm.
Lines are attached between the fixed component and your robot controller. As the robot moves, the fixed lines do not twist. Advanced slip ring technology is
used to pass fixed lines to the rotating component and then to your tool— so as your robot moves, electrical signals and pneumatic pressure pass from the robot to the tool preventing the lines from twisting. With many different sizes, this device can be easily integrated onto almost any robot.

Quick connect non-drip couplings designed solely for connecting low-pressure fluid and vacuum lines in which virtually zero spillage is critical.
CEJN non-drip couplings are adaptable to most applications and system requirements. The series includes two styles:
- Valved: One-hand operated; most commonly used style in fluid systems
- Valveless: Two hands needed for connection/disconnection; useful in coolant applications in which fluid loss at disconnection is not critical
Standard range includes three configurations: single shutoff, double shutoff, and straight through. The series is compatible with working pressures up to 290 PSI (20 bar) and temperatures up to 600° F (315° C) and is available in ¼-inch through 1-inch sizes. Constructions include nickel-plated brass with nitrile seals and AISI 316 stainless steel with Viton seals.
CEJN non-drip couplings are offered in four safety levels, enabling users to select the exact level of safety required. All levels are available with an optional safety-locking device that eliminates the risk of unintentional disconnection.

All-Purpose Clean Break Series CN
Features:
The squirt-free clean break couplings of the CN series are mainly used in the chemical industry, for the loading and transport of fluids, e.g. at hose stations. Other application areas are also possible.
Due to the special design principle, a squirt-free connection and disconnection, even with long, filled hose lines under pressure up to 5 bar, is possible.
In case of limited space the handwheel can be dispensed with, due to the small operating force of the CN-025. A hook wrench can be used instead.
Key Benefits:
• clean break coupling with bayonet locking
• squirt-free operation
• connects under residual pressure
• small dimensions
• very good flow rates
Nominal Sizes:
25, 50, 80 and 100 mm
Media:
• water
• compressed air
• diverse fluids
• fuel
• lubricating greases / oils
• technical gases
Pressure Range:
up to 25 bar, depending on the nominal size

NS2 Couplings Deliver Cost-Efficient, High-Flow Fluid Line Transfer in a Small Footprint, Safely and Economically
Colder Products’ NS2 Series compact, non-spill quick disconnect couplings provides users with fast, safe and virtually leak-free fluid line connections. An excellent choice for printing and ink management, analytical instrumentation, electronic cooling, and many other applications, the patent-pending NS2 couplings provide high-flow fluid transfer in a small footprint.
For applications that require the safe transfer of fluids, the NS2 offers an easy, twist-to-connect locking mechanism and double-sided non-spill shutoff valves for added safety and convenience.
The NS2 meets the need for smaller, more cost-effective industrial couplings. The smaller couplings can replace larger ones, offering users a low-cost, space-saving option for a wide variety of coupling applications. The NS2 couplings also offer very low air inclusion – air induced into the coupling upon connection – minimizing contaminants and reducing the need to purge fluid lines.
Colder NS2 Series quick disconnect couplings are available in a variety of sizes and configurations.

The dry break quick disconnect functions similar to a double shut-off quick disconnect however it provides a higher level of sealing during connection and disconnection. The dry break connects without leakage or fluid spray. Additionally, the design minimizes dead volume (the space between the internal and external ends when connected) to essentially eliminate any leakage when disconnecting.
