The U-PVC range is a system of products complete of: fittings for solvent welding, threaded connection and manual or automatic valves for use in the construction of process and service lines to convey industrial fluids at maximum operating temperatures of 60°C.
The entire range is produced using U-PVC resins compliant with the standards EN 1452 and ISO 4422 and in observance of the requirements of DIN 8063 and EN ISO 15493 for the use of plastic pipes in industrial processes.
Among the main properties and features of the U-PVC range the following can be noted:
Good chemical resistance: U-PVC resins guarantee excellent chemical resistance with regard to most acids and alkalis, aliphatic hydrocarbons and saline solutions. U-PVC resins are also totally compatible for handling food grade fluids, treated and untreated drinking water, as well as demineralised water according to current national and international standards.
Good thermal stability: Mostly in the intermediate temperature range between 20°C and 50°C, U-PVC finds its ideal application in industrial and water supplies, guaranteeing optimal performance in terms of mechanical resistance, good rigidity, low coefficients of thermal expansion and optimal safety factors in service.
Lifetime: U-PVC resins feature is an high value in the material strength (Minimum Required Strength MRS ≥ 25.0 Mpa at 20°C) and an extremely extended lifetime.

Flare Type (Ferrule Type)
With flare type, a ferrule called a "Seal Joint" is attached for easy connection. The Seal Joint is a component molded in a flange shape. Simply insert the Seal Joint into the end of the tube for use.
Flange Type
A flange type is used for tubing made of plastic like PTFE, and has a simple structure.
Before use, the tube end should be enlarged like a trumpet and pressed into the bottom of a valve port.

Technical Description
Can be used in hydraulic systems where rotating connections are essential, for example on accessories with rotating movements. Depending on design, the body is made of brass (TDG) or steel (TKR) and the rotating axis of surface-purified/stainless steel.
Maximum rotation speed: 60 r.p.m.
Advantages
Rotating joints minimise the high wear to the hose, which occurs in hydraulic systems. Solid construction with two plain bearings (TDG) or ball/roller bearings (TKR). Suitable for combining with norm hydraulic components.
Working Temperature*
-20°C up to +100°C (NBR)
depending on the medium.

Couplers and Multi-couplers
The GU line is made up of Couplings and Inserts. They allow for a quick, safe connection and disconnection of two parts within a pneumatic installation without cutting off the air supply.
They are indeed provided with a poppet valve system that stops the air flow during the disconnection phase.
Couplings are mainly used to rapidly connect the air tubes with pneumatic tools and for this purpose a female coupling with a poppet is assembled on the pressurised part and the male insert on the tools to be disconnected.

PRIME double compression (Double ferrule) tube fittings provide a leak proof, torque free joints in all instrumentation & process tubing connections which will withstand high pressure, Impulse, Vacuum, Vibration and temperature. These features eliminate costly, hazardous leaks and provide highest safety and maintenance free tubing joints.
All action in the fittings move axially, i.e. Tube is not twisted during assembly. Since no torque is transmitted from the fittings to the tubing, there is no initial strain, which might weaken the tubing. Each part in the fitting assembly is machined to most exacting dimensional tolerance on CNC machines. Total quality management is practiced throughout the manufacturing process as per ISO standard to achieve best quality joints at all tubing end connections. PRIME tube fitting assembly consist of four precision machined components namely body, nut, front ferrule and back ferrule. All you need to do is to insert the tube and tighten the nut by 1 ¼ turn from finger tight position. This action forces both front & back ferrule to move forward between nut and body, Back ferrule is driven against the taper rare of the front ferrule and swaged radially inward on the tube & thus holding the tube against vibration and mechanical pull due to pressure. Back ferrule also lift the front ferrule out to form a full faced seal on the taper surface of the body. Front ferrule also moves forward against the taper portion of the fitting body and due to wedging action forces inward, gripping and subsequently sealing the front edge tightly on to the tubing.
