SafeWay’s S10 Series is a general purpose, double shut-off quick coupling capable of containing a wide variety of fluids. Primarily used for the transfer of hydraulic fluid, they can also be used with water, steam, chemicals and some gases. Widely used in both stationary and mobile industrial applications.

99 KL series
With the 99 KL series, both the coupling as well as the plug are filled with a dry-break valve system. During the connection process, the plug and the coupling seals before both valves open. The valves close simultaneously when disconnected, allowing the coupling and plug to be seperated afterward. This ensures minimum leakage. It cannot be connected with any other design in this series. All invidual parts are electro-burnished.
Advantages
Coded via two lateral grooves on the plug and a similar guide in the coupling, which are arranged in different angular degrees. The 8-way coding is standard.

ISO-QF (Quick Flange) and LF (Large Flange) flanges are part of the same family of ISO standard elastomer sealed vacuum components designed for high vacuum service. A&N ISO flanges and fittings are manufactured in accordance with ISO (International Standard Organization) 2861 standards and tolerances. These flanges are an economical, convenient, and simplified means of constructing custom vacuum systems. ISO flanges, along with CF flanges, represent the most commonly used vacuum flange systems around the globe.
Standard QF flanges have bore (tube) sizes that range from 16mm to 50mm (QF16 to QF50). In addition, A&N offers a range of QF flanges from 63 to 200mm. QF flanges are fastened with quick style clamps and are sealed with an elastomeric o-ring. LF flanges have bore (tube) sizes that range from 63mm to 500mm (LF63 to LF500). LF style flanges are fastened with claw-style clamps or with bolts. Adaptive bolt rings are available that allow the conversion from claw-style flanges to bolt-style flanges. LF flanges are also sealed with an elastomeric o-ring.

FLAT FACE couplings have been designed for all those applications where, for safety reasons or environment care, it is absolutely necessary not to leak oil during connection and disconnection. Characterized by an extreme ease of cleaning, they are the ideal product for applications in dusty and dirty environment. The FF49 Series quick couplings provide rugged-flushface valving for non-spill dry breaks, and allow one-hand push-to-connect with safety sleeve-lock standard. The 3/8" size meets HTMA dimensional standards while providing significantly higher pressure containment than other brands (10,000 operating psi). The 3/4" FF49-6 and FF49-6-12 are rated at 6,000 operating psi and have a significantly smaller footprint than other brands. Ideally suited for use in hydraulic hand tools, overhead bucket hoists, skid-steer loaders, and wherever spillage can constitute a safety or environmental hazard.

Technical Description
The TEMA high pressure coupling was specially developed for use in industrial machinery, salvage devices and testing equipment. This series is galvanised and produced in steel. The plug part and the sleeve are hardened and galvanised in steel. The coupling can be supplied either with or without additional safety lock.

48 KB series
The 48 series coupling system made of POM and PVDF has been developed for use in the medical, chemical, food handling, pharmaceutical and laboratory technology industries. The coupling is also available in a completely thermoplastic version (RectuChem ). Here the metal springs are replaced by springs made of PEEK, an extremely resistant synthetic material.
Advantages
The coupling is fitted with a double shut-off valve which enables it to be connected to a single shut-off (non-valved) plug as well as a double shut-off (i.e. plug with valve). The coupling is also available as a straight through coupling (valved plug).
Application
Medical engineering, dental equipment, measuring and control equipment, laboratory, pharmaceutical.
Working Pressure : PB = 0 - 10 bar (POM, bei 20°C), PB = 0 - 8 bar (PVDF, springs made of steel), PB = 1 - 8 bar (PVDF, springs made of PEEK), maximum static working pressure with safety factor of 4 to 1.

10-20 HK Series Poppet Couplings
This HK Two-Way Coupling Series is designed for general purpose hydraulic service. Some are suitable for use with various liquids, chemicals, steam, gases and vacuum. Series 1-HK to 8-HK, 12-HK and 20-HK conform to the dimensional requirements of ISO 7241-1 Series B. The series is available in brass, steel and stainless steel construction in all sizes. These couplings are heavy duty and most sizes are intended for high impulse service. Options include: non-valved socket and plug, valve actuator in socket or plug, bleeder-style plug, sleeve lock, and multiple sleeve material options. Dust caps, dust plugs and release clamps with chain are also available accessories.

CF and Wire Seal flanges are part of the same family of Ultra-High vacuum components that compress a copper gasket between two stainless steel flanges to create a vacuum tight seal.
CF flange systems are more commonly used within the vacuum industry and therefore have a larger standard product offering. CF flanges are specified by their outer diameter. A&N CF flanges are manufactured to industry standards and are interchangeable with all other Conflat® style flanges and fittings. Industry standard sizes range from 1.33” to 16.5”.
Wire Seal flanges are desirable for those applications that require flanges larger than those available with the CF flange system. Wire Seal flanges have no industry standard dimension specifications. While vacuum component manufacturers endeavor to create interchangeable flanges, the only way to ensure compatibility is to purchase a mating set of wire seal flanges from a single manufacturer.
