Quick connect non-drip couplings designed solely for connecting low-pressure fluid and vacuum lines in which virtually zero spillage is critical.
CEJN non-drip couplings are adaptable to most applications and system requirements. The series includes two styles:
· Valved—One-hand operated; most commonly used style in fluid systems
· Valveless—Two hands needed for connection/disconnection; useful in coolant applications in which fluid loss at disconnection is not critical
Standard range includes three configurations: single shutoff, double shutoff, and straight through. The series is compatible with working pressures up to 290 PSI (20 bar) and temperatures up to 600° F (315° C) and is available in ¼-inch through 1-inch sizes. Constructions include nickel-plated brass with nitrile seals and AISI 316 stainless steel with Viton seals.
CEJN non-drip couplings are offered in four safety levels, enabling users to select the exact level of safety required. All levels are available with an optional safety-locking device that eliminates the risk of unintentional disconnection.

NS2 Couplings Deliver Cost-Efficient, High-Flow Fluid Line Transfer in a Small Footprint, Safely and Economically
Colder Products’ NS2 Series compact, non-spill quick disconnect couplings provides users with fast, safe and virtually leak-free fluid line connections. An excellent choice for printing and ink management, analytical instrumentation, electronic cooling, and many other applications, the patent-pending NS2 couplings provide high-flow fluid transfer in a small footprint.
For applications that require the safe transfer of fluids, the NS2 offers an easy, twist-to-connect locking mechanism and double-sided non-spill shutoff valves for added safety and convenience.
The NS2 meets the need for smaller, more cost-effective industrial couplings. The smaller couplings can replace larger ones, offering users a low-cost, space-saving option for a wide variety of coupling applications. The NS2 couplings also offer very low air inclusion – air induced into the coupling upon connection – minimizing contaminants and reducing the need to purge fluid lines.
Colder NS2 Series quick disconnect couplings are available in a variety of sizes and configurations.

NS4 Non-Spill Quick Disconnect Couplings
Colder Products’ patented NS4 Series couplings feature non-spill valves in a compact size, at a great price. Use the NS4 when even a few spilled or leaked drops of fluid pose problems regarding safety, environmental regulations or media cost. These innovative couplings are lightweight, chemically resistant and easy to use. The non-spill design virtually eliminates spills, minimizes downtime and enhances operator safety.

The dry break quick disconnect functions similar to a double shut-off quick disconnect however it provides a higher level of sealing during connection and disconnection. The dry break connects without leakage or fluid spray. Additionally, the design minimizes dead volume (the space between the internal and external ends when connected) to essentially eliminate any leakage when disconnecting.

|
Nitto Kohki couplers provide quick and easy connection/disconnection of fluid lines such as water, oil, gas, and air. They completely eliminate the inconvenience of connecting/disconnecting conventional thread type couplings or flanges, fluid leakage, and hose kinking, while providing quick, convenient control and maintenance of fluid line connections.

Deublin Offers a full range of Rotary Unions with Ball Bearings. Some are sealed and do not require any lubrication while others have a gease nipple and require periodic lubrication.
|
|
Rotary Unions are self-contained and self-supporting rotary seals used to transfer fluids such as steam, water air or oil, to and from rotating machinery.
Standard units are of steel and iron construction with specials available in, for example, stainless steel and nickel alloys for chemically aggresive fluids or food quality applications.
The range of standard models in three basic types for single or dual flow are available with a choice of ball bearings for temperatures up to 160 degrees celsius and with plain cylindrical carbon bearings for temperatures of 100 degrees celsius up to 300 degrees celsius. Pressure range is 70 bar with rotational speeds up to 5000 rpm. In many instances it is possible to exceed these conditions after first consulting the Filton technical department for advice.

Air Precision has also developped a range of standard electrical slip rings : EEG, T13 and T20.
They use the same "gold" technology as custom-built slip rings and therefore have excellent electrical qualities and are easily adaptable thanks to interchangeable mechanical interfaces.
Derivates of those standard slip rings are also available.
