TODO-GAS® couplings are specifically designed for the safe transfer of LPG (typically Propane / Butane) in both liquid and vapour phases.

Anguil's HCl Scrubber Module scrubs and neutralizes hydrochloric acid that is created during the oxidation of halogenated or mixed organic vapor contaminants.
How the HCl Scrubber Module Works:
The outlet of a Chlorinated Oxidizer, is directed to the Anguil HCl Scrubber Module. A recirculation pump injects large volumes of water into a hastelloy quench section, inducing vapor flow through the scrubber. The water quenches the hot vapor and absorbs a portion of the HCl. The gases exit the eductor and enter a countercurrent absorption column. Recirculating solution is fed to the top of the absorption column through a nozzle. The remaining hydrochloric acid vapors are absorbed into the solution. The gases pass through a mist eliminator before exiting the column. Sodium hydroxide is added to control pH in the neutral range.
System Components:
Each Standard HCl Scrubber Module is fabricated from FRP and includes hastelloy quench, absorption column (consisting of a cylindrical tower filled with polypropylene spherical media), common liquid sump, recirculation pump, flanged inlet and outlet, hastelloy spray nozzle and liquid level indicator. The system components are assembled on an epoxy-painted steel base that is weather-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

Bagasse fired boiler flue gas particulate emissions before dust collectors are ususally between about 8,000 and 12,000 mg/Nm3. This level of emission is unacceptable from an environmental point of view, and some form of dust collection is therefore essential.
Therefore, Fives Cail is exclusively licensed by Tongaat Hulett to propose a large range of gas scrubber.
The Tongaat-Hulett/Fives Cail Gas Scrubber is a rain tray type, vertical cylindrical unit, designed to remove solid particulate matter from boiler flue gases.

Hydrodinamic wet filter IDRODUST COMPACTI® is a hydrodynamic machine for removal of dust, vapours and gases by means of micro-mixing the gas to be treated with water. Mixing is realized in a duct with a specially designed shape, where water is dragged for the depression created by the fan, where polluted air is centrifuged to enable dust trapping and/or absorption of gases. A high performance drop separator on the outlet avoids dragging of water. Water circulates without the aid of pumps or spraying nozzles, ensuring the reliability of the machine, whose parts are not subject to wear or clogging, reducing maintenance requirements.

The FRIDURIT fume scrubber C20 has been specially designed for decentralised washing of harmful substances for precise extraction directly at source. He is equipped with an integrated fan and can be placed anywhere in the laboratory, e.g. on the worktop, the floor or where the installation of a built-in fume scrubbers is not possible due to shortage of space. Please refrain from installing the fume scrubber C20 inside fume hoods.

Vertical Filter Separator
The Plenty Vertical Filter Separator will remove 100% of all droplets 8-10 microns and larger and 99.5% of all droplets ½-8 microns in size.
It will also remove 100% of all solid particles, 3 microns and larger 99% of all particles ½-3 microns in size.
These operating efficiencies apply over the entire flow range from maximum design down to virtually zero flow.
The first stage of the filter separator consists of a number of glass fibre coalescer /filter elements through which the wet gas passes.
The small liquid drops carried in the gas stream are trapped within the glass fibres of the element and coalesce to form drops 100 to 200 times larger than the original size.
These drops pass through the element wall and are carried forward by the gas stream to the second stage vane type separator.
The second stage consists of a vane type impingement separator, which operates exactly as described for vane separator.

The Company ESK is building oil separators for refrigeration systems working with synthetical refrigerants like R22, R404a, R410a, and as well for many natural refrigerants like CO2, ammonia and hydrocarbons.
The ESK standard oil separators type OS effectively remove oil from the discharge gas in the strainer elements and return the oil through a high precision float valve to the crankcase or oil control system. The efficiency of oil recovery is dependent on the reduction of gas velocity in the separator itself. Providing the oil separator is correctly applied, this will be about 95 % to 98 %.
Beside conventional separators ESK is also offering high performance oil separators type BOS with a separation ratio of more than 99%. The BOS oil separators are equipped with coalescence elements made of glass fiber micro for the efficient separation of aerosol particles out of the discharge flow.
The use of ESK oil separators protects the compressor from defects cause by lack from lubrication and improves the heat transfer in the evaporator.

The Parker oil separator removes oil from system refrigerant by means of a highly efficient coalescing filter. The filter is 98.5% efficient, filtering oil and particles down to 1/10 of a micron while leaving a trace amount of oil necessary for adequate system lubrication. The separator is ideal for recovery and reclaim operations.
