Universal crimp applicators (crimping tools) for side- and rear-feed type terminals with mechanical or pneumatic transport. The new generation crimp applicators can be used in both automatic crimping machines and benchtop crimping machines.
With its innovative uni-body design, the UNI-A universal (or mini-style) crimp applicator guarantees highest precision and is universally deployable in all standard crimping presses. Banded terminals with open or closed barrel design can easily be processed.
The lightweight, one-piece construction makes overall handling very easy. Forward-stroke and bellmouth adjustments can be done while the applicator remains mounted in the press.
A particular Schleuniger speciality is the customer-specific tooling of applicators. With years of experience, Schleuniger crimping specialists have a long history of finding solutions for even the most difficult terminals to process. More than 20'000 sold crimp applicators for more than 6'000 different types of terminals from all major terminal manufacturers are Schleuniger's best reference.

Premium CERTI-CRIMP and CERTI-CRIMP II Hand Tools are top-of-the-line, hand-operated tools for crimping a broad array of terminals, contacts and special wiring devices available from Tyco Electronics.
They are designed to exacting specifications to produce consistent, high-quality terminations. A potential service life of over 50,000 cycles is possible, depending on operator care.
Your Choice
There are currently seven basic styles of CERTI-CRIMP Hand Tools. The choice depends on the product being applied and/or your preferred method of application. For example, open barrel contacts typically require straight-action die movement to minimize possible rotation during crimping. Or, if your application requires crimping different sizes of terminals, you may prefer using a single tool with a combination of crimping nests, rather than two or three separate tools. Other options include insulation crimp adjustment for different insulation thicknesses, a locator for properly positioning and supporting the terminal or contact in the tool, a wire stop, and color coding and/or wire size information on the head of the tool or on the handles.
Ratchet Control
All CERTI-CRIMP Hand Tools feature the reliable ratchet control. The ratchet will not release until the handles are fully closed and the dies bottomed. This helps eliminate partial crimps.
CERTI-CRIMP Hand Tools are well suited for low production runs, prototype work, and repairs - almost any application requiring consistent, highly-reliable terminations. CERTI-CRIMP Hand Tools are designed to meet all feature requirements listed on applicable Tyco Electronics Application Specifications.

Crimping connectors with the Stanley Hydraulic Tools CT Series crimpers is quick and easy. They are 5-10 times faster than hand-pumped tools and more than twice as fast as high pressure double acting crimpers.
The CT Crimpers require no booster or intensifier which means they can be operated directly from the hydraulic circuits already installed on your line trucks, or from a dedicated power unit, or from one of the STANLEY® lightweight, portable HP Power Units.
Swivel Design on all models provides 360° continuous rotation of the die head for easy alignment to give higher quality crimps.
1650 Models allow the use of the CT on almost any hydraulic system of at least 1,650 psi (114 bar). An accurate, built in relief valve ensures that at these system pressures and higher, a full die load is achieved preventing over-crimping.
