Schleuniger CrimpCenter fully automatic crimping machines take machine productivity and user-friendliness to a new level. With 3 up to 5 processing stations, the models of the CrimpCenter series process wire diameters from 0.05 mm2 up to 6 mm2 at up to 12 m/s feeding speed.
Depending on processing requirements and model, up to 3 crimping stations can be integrated or other stations such as sealing, twisting and lead-free tinning are also part of the standard configuration options.
With the unique ToolingShuttle System (TSS), the productivity of CrimpCenter fully automatic crimping machines can be increased by up to 40% when frequently changing applications (by significantly minimizing machine downtimes).
Various options for processing closed barrel terminals (split cycle), mini-seals, zip cord wires, or doubling crimp are available. StripCrimp 200 - the most flexible strip-crimp machine (stripper crimper) in its class. The new generation machine is fully programmable and allows high-precision stripping and crimping of side- or rear-feed type terminals for wire sizes from 0.05 to 4 mm2 (AWG 30 - 12). With a press force of 33 kN, the StripCrimp 200 can process a great variety of terminals and wires.
Integrated crimp force monitoring provides for reliable crimp quality assurance and analysis of crimp data. Several additional functionalities such as re-cut, wayback, micro-adjustment and adjustable cycle speed allow state-of-the-art processing.
Next to other strip-crimp machines, Schleuniger also offers crimping presses, crimp applicators and crimp quality assurance devices.

BADEN-BADEN, Germany ... Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation recently introduced the Aeroquip® MatchMate® hose assembly system. MatchMate guides users through three simple steps to assemble Aeroquip high-quality hoses and through-the-cover (TTC) fittings. This year, Eaton's made hose assembly even easier by introducing the new MatchMate ET1280 crimp machine.
The CE certified ET1280 crimp machine is available for 220 volt hydraulic, hand pump, air/hydraulic; 110 volt hydraulic; and 12 volt electric. ET1280's flexible power supply with the popular MatchMate hoses and fittings make small-batch assemblies in the factory or field as easy as one, two, three. ET1280 unites the best of Aeroquip engineering, supported through the Eaton Walterscheid machining center of excellence. Eaton Walterscheid produces industry leading tube-forming machines, the Walform, and the Walform Plus.
MatchMate hose and fittings are each marked with symbols, indicating that they go together. The no skive trithiocarbonate chemistries (TTC) fittings can then easily be crimped or mated with one of the color-coded crimp dies included in the 8-die package available with the machine. The visual identification system enables dealers and customers to make hose connections quickly, simply and safely.

ITACA SOLUTION AUTOMATIC
A very important transformation of crimping machine concept, appreciated by the companies of any size because of improving the aspects they don't concern the size. The positioning costs will be bring down and the tools storage will be avoided. The machine is controlled by an electronic system able to memorize the crimping data (the profile's points where the crimping will be carried out) for any profile. The control system needs this information for the automatic positioning of reference fork of the profile and of the crimping tools. The fork and the tools will be automatically positioned entering profile data to be worked. The knives are universal for any profile, in case some tools must be replaced, the operator will be informed about it by the system. The replacement is immediate. The machine is supplied with the tools.
