Master Cobalt® Reciprocating Saw Blades
The best blades in the world for cutting metal, including steel, stainless steel, iron, sheetmetal and pipe. Master Cobalt® technology was painstakingly developed in the Morse Technology Center. Here we have tested the many variables affecting blade life and have discovered a unique combination of features that has tripled the life of standard reciprocating saw blades. These are the longest lasting recips available. They cut more smoothly, more accurately and offer greater value. They are Master Cobalt¨, available exclusively from M.K. Morse.
- Available in 3 different thicknesses to meet flexibility and stiffness needs for various applications.
- 8% cobalt cutting edge is electron-beam welded to high strength steel backer for greater wear resistance and longer life.
- Master Cobalt® Reciprocating Saw Blades have conventional shanks.
- A wide variety of sizes brings long life cutting action to almost every professional cutting need.

Used primarily for cutting metal and non-ferrous metals. Milled and set teeth allow for better clearance while cutting metal. Using a larger tooth (6, 8 tpi) allows for more efficient cutting in hard board, wood and other wood composites.
High strength steel cutting edges are hardened to 65 Rc and electron-beam welded to a flexible backer steel offering the flexibility required for longer blades.

Hammer tips
Hammer tips can drill any stone type except for brittle material because of the shocks they provoke. Hammer tips are fixed on professional tool shanks.
Masonry tips
Masonry tips can drill by percussion any material but armoured concrete. They are fixed on a cylindrical tool shank and mostly used for light machinery. In the near future, there will be more and more cordless machinery.

Drill tips can be referred to as drills for woodworking. Drill tips are first profiled then ground by toolmakers in order to make holes for hinges, wooden dowels, tenon joints, ...

Complexe tooling systems will be modulated during the machining process. This is the reason why they belong to the premieure league of special tools. The manufacturing of these tools needs long experiences in special tool design and construction and a high precision production.

Routing with CNC machines has given added adventage to the furniture manufacturing industry and this has resulted in increased use of overhea routers and shank tools, both straight and profile.
The common characteristics of this kind of machine are:
-Use of small tool diameters.
-High RPM due to the production needs and quality of finish.
Therfore tools need to be precision manufactured, balanced perfectly with a lasting cut.
PREZISS DIAMANT has an assorted range of tools for each operatio, depending on the user requirements.
