The cycles of correction suggested are configured in conversational conversation mode, the procedures of change of grinding stone, of adjuster or locator are extremely simplified and detailed with the screen stage by stage to avoid any error.
Of series a car-calibrator TOYODA is proposed thus that a side locator.
The implementation and the changes of series are of a great simplicity, the access to the elements of catch of part and the tools such as the grinding stone and the adjuster are optimal for rapid interventions and without risk.
Finally the capacities suggested go 250 mm between-points up to 2500 mm, and 60 mm in diameter usinable to 300 Misters.

QUICKPOINT grinding is a high-speed “peel grinding” process based on point contact between grinding wheel and workpiece. The QUICKPOINT process requires highly
wear resistant CBN or diamond grinding wheels which are typically only a couple of millimeters wide. Tilting the abrasive wheel to the horizontal workpiece axis creates a
relief angle that reduces the contact zone between abrasive wheel and workpiece from a contact line to a contact point.

The Haro Starline PLUS is the very latest development of Haro Technologies for the grinding of complex tools. The machine has been designed early 2007 and announced and demonstrated at the EMO exhibition in September 2007.
The Haro Starline Plus, a 6 axis machine, is build up on the same proven technology (same machine bed, same slide connection, structure and kinematic) as the Haro Starline 550. The 5ft and 6th axes are positioning slides built on a so-called ROTARY axis and allow any suitable angular position of the tool facing the grinding spindle. A Siemens CNC SINUMERIK 810 D is controlling the axis interpolation.
Power at grinding wheel may vary from 3,8 to 20 KW. The Starline PLUS can therefore be used for both sharpening and/or producing tools.

Its table-type construction offers a very high level of rigidity. The moving axes are deliberately positioned one above the other. The tray system / the integration of bed and assembly cooling systems allows temperature stability to be achieved inside the machine. Thermal influences and elastic deformations that occur nonetheless can be compensated through measurement-controlled grinding and subsequent measuring and recording using the easyto-program DIATRONIC measuring system.

High speed spindles are adjustable step-less from 3’000 to 18'000 RPM and powered from 3,5 to 10 kW. The HARO grinding spindles with double output shaft are greased for life and water cooled. Their compact volume increases the possibilities of the grinder as well as its capabilities, makes settings easier and provides a better visibility.
