Breaker Technology's New HG Series Grapples Sort and Load Tough Demolition Debris
HG SERIES DEMOLITION GRAPPLES
BTI recently introduced the HG Series Demolition Grapples. Designed for installation on medium to large excavators, these BTI Grapples are high strength and wear resistant for sorting and loading the toughest demolition debris.
The BTI HG Series Grapples mount as a pin-on or with a pin style quick coupler for speed and ease in changing from other attachments. These grapples have been designed so that they do not separate when mounting pins are removed.
Constructed of wear resistant steel, the BTI Grapples are durable and robust. The tines are made from a solid piece of steel allowing build-up and hard facing as required. The number of tines varies by the series size and extra long tines are available as an option.

GRAPPLE - GR
SORTING & DEMOLITION
The Mantovanibenne Rotating grapple is perfect for sorting demolition materials for the appropriate recycling. Waste rehandling and transfer stations are also applications that require the rotating grapple. Its robust structure allows the grapple to be used for the demolition of lighter buildings in wood and other similar materials. The opening and closing of the jaws is operated by two hydraulic cylinders, synchronized by connecting rods to ensure smooth and accurate operation.
Large capacity
The large capacity of the Mantovanibenne Grapple ensures the fastest possible load cycle times.
Optional equipment
Side walls can be fitted to provide a closed grapple for handling small
material
Reversible wear blades can be fitted to protect the front edge of the
grapple jaw

Heavy-Duty Grapple
Heavy Duty Mechanical Grapples Engineered and manufactured to world-class standards, delivering optimum productivity on the most demanding applications.
NPK Grapples are designed to take the toughest jobs in stride: demolition, scrap yards, land clearing, recycling, rock handling and truck loading.
Box-type construction for maximum strength and rigidity.
Four models offer heavy-duty strength for their class and weight. Internal reinforcement adds to their structural integrity.
Heavy-duty, abrasion-resistant steel replacement tips.
In the closed position, these tips form a large surface for denser, more efficient compaction---increasing load capacity.
Versatile two-into-three-tine configuration.
Rugged grapple design makes the most of your excavating tasks while the box-type construction stands up to the toughest conditions.
Unique adapter bracket.
No longer are you required to dedicate a single machine for grapple work. Use of the adapter bracket allows interchangeability with machines in the same weight class.
