The contactless and continuos measurement of the density of liquids or bulk material is requested in even more than the following applications:
Concentration measurement of acid, alkali, saline solution and suspension
Crystallisation and polymerisation monitoring
Determination of the solid matter content in slurries, in flue gas desulphurisation suspensions, in aluminium production and in mining
Measurement of the bulk density in washing powder and clinker

The DENSITRAK® Model D625 liquid density meter utilizes the spring mass principle for measuring the fluid density. A portion of the "u" tube is energized to vibrate at its natural resonant frequency by using an electrical feedback driving system. A change in the vibrating mass, (as a result of change in the fluid density) shifts the resonant frequency. A CSI SPUD signal processing unit for density uses temperature, pressure and the shift in frequency to determine the density of the measured fluid.

PROCESS LIQUID IN-LINE DENSITY METERS DC-50 SERIES
LEMIS process DC-50 series of process in-line meters has been carefully engineered for continuous measurement of liquid density to fit large range of applications.
LEMIS process use streamlined resonant tube which is washed on either side by measured liquid. The oscillation period of the vibrating tube and its frequency characteristics depend on behaviour of the measured liquid allowing simultaneous and accurate direct measurement of density and concentration.
Large offer of factory pre-built installation packs allows quick and simple field installation with minimal pipeline disturbance or process downtime. The meter supplied with rigorous factory calibration for density. The DC-50 series proves high accuracy and long-term calibration stability insensitive to mounting position, plant vibration, process flow rate and pressure variations.
New age of LEMIS process combined meters measure various critical parameters: density, concentration, dynamic viscosity, kinematic viscosity, temperature. Two meters in one device saving cost of installation and maintenance!

Eclipse Air Heat Burners are line type burners ideal for generating large volumes of clean, hot air. Applications include ovens, dryers, fume incinerators, and similar industrial equipment.
The "AH" models feature an integral combustion air blower mounted on the back of the burner’s steel case. By supplying the correct air volume and pressure to the burner, the blower allows stable operation over a wide range of duct velocities without installing a profile plate around the burner.
|
|
|
These burners provide close coupling of radiant heat sources for use in "line" arrangements where relatively "light" heating jobs are to be performed. Designed essentially for heating moving webs, line burners also find frequent application in ovens, as well as in heating stationary objects. The 500 Series is available in a variety of cup configurations to permit several self-piloting geometric arrangements. The small 200 Series and large 700 Series, however, are currently available for straightline use only.

The Eclipse Minnox burner utilizes a premixed gas/air mixture with excess air; the resulting low flame temperature of 1200°C (2200°F) produces extremely low NOx discharge from the burner head. A modular designed gas/air mixer is adapted to the burner manifold in various configurations.
The flame is protected by a stainless steel shroud which insures good combustion without being influenced by process air. Burner capacities are available from 125 to 4000 kW (430,000 to 13.6 million Btu/hr.); higher capacities can be designed for special applications.

MAXON CROSSFIRE® Low NOx Burners comply to the world's toughest air quality standards for NOx and CO by cleanly combusting gaseous fuels. CROSSFIRE® Burners are nozzle-mixing, modular line burners designed for a variety of fresh and re-circulated industrial air process heating applications. The low NOx burner is available in straight, grid, and insert cartridge sections which are used to spread heat across your duct for very uniform temperature distributions.
The CROSSFIRE® Burner can be designed within a system to allow for up to 2,500,000 BTU/hr/ft while producing extremely low emissions of both NOx and CO. You can combine CROSSFIRE® Low NOx Burners with Smartfire® Intelligent Combustion Controls for optimal control of emissions and efficiency.

MAXON Series "NP" and "RG" AIRFLO® Industrial Burners provide clean, direct fired air heating to optimize process air heating efficiency. The modular natural gas burners install easily with custom built patterns to fit your duct. NP and RG burners burn cleanly with most gaseous fuels and offer high heat releases per foot with wide turndown ratios.
|
|
|
MAXON APX® Natural Gas Burners are packaged nozzle mixing line burners designed for fresh or low temperature re-circulated air heating applications. The APX® Industrial Burner is a value engineered design utilizing a single aluminum extrusion for both its air and fuel manifolds. Its single-piece, joint-less body design provides standard straight gas burners up to 40 feet, H-shaped burners, and grid shaped burners engineered to your specification. APX® burner construction provides years of maintenance free operation and lower cost of ownership than any other alternative.
