Legendary CHA Series Heat-Les™ Dryers (1,800-12,100 scfm)
CHA Series Heat-Les™ desiccant compressed air dryer is the most reliable, energy efficient, large-flow heatless dryer available. Standard designs are offered for flows ranging from 1,800 to 12,100 scfm, pressures from 60 to 150 psig, and pressure dew points of -40°F to -100°F. Other sizes and pressures are available upon request. These dryers can be used in continuous or intermittent service, downstream of oil lubricated or oil-free compressors, and are compatible with corrosive, toxic or explosive environments. Every unit we build incorporates our AMLOC® energy management system to assure long component life cycles and maximum energy savings.
Simple design with few moving parts for economical first cost and dependable operation.
Legendary Century Series control valves feature stainless steel internal parts designed specifically for desiccant dryer service and tested to 1,000,000 cycles, bubble-tight.
Patented AMLOC® Energy Management System for maximum energy savings.
Advanced Dryer Control System (ADC) includes a functioning schematic for easy reference to system operation.
Down-flow drying extends desiccant life 5 to 7 years and prevents desiccant attrition during upset (fluidization) conditions.

7000 Series ORIAD®
Internally Heated Desiccant Air Dryers
7000 Series ORIAD® Dryers incorporate our down-flow drying process and state-of-the-art design features unequaled in industry. Using approximately 2% process gas for purge, the ORIAD is the most energy efficient dryer on the market. The key to the ORIAD's energy efficiency is the unique arrangement of evenly spaced heaters within the desiccant bed that ensure complete, uniform heating. Designed for continuous or intermittent service, the ORIAD is also utilized in specialty gas drying such as carbon dioxide in breweries, nitrogen for chemical padding, and hydrogen drying.
* Energy costs are typically 80% less than heatless units and 70% to 80% less than other internal heat reactivated dryers
* Continuous pressure dew points -40°F to -100°F
* Quality components selected to ensure dependability and low life cycle costs
* Low purge requirements make the ORIAD the ideal dryer for installations where compressed air/gas is not expendable for regeneration
Designed from the ground up to serve as an Oil Refinery Instrument Air Dryer, performance and dependability are the benchmarks of the ORIAD design.

Supply only "compressed air".
For compressed air, always use clean air chat does not contain corrosive gas.
Be sure to use non lubricated, filtrated dry air (équivalent to Class 1, 3, 2 - ISO 8571-3).
With a thorough understanding of compressed air characteristics, design a pneumatic circuit.
%u25A0 Where instantaneous stop holding at emergency stop is required, the same function as in the mechanical or hydraulic or electrical units cannot be expected.
%u25A0 There arise pop-up, jet-out and leaking phenomena caused by compressibility and expansibility, which are air characteristics.
Prior to use, always ensure that the product withstands the operating environ ment.
%u25A0 The product cannot be used in corrosive gas, chemical liquid solvent, water, water vapor (steam) and ozone atmosphère. When a product is exposed to water droplets, oil or metallic powder, such as spatters and chips, be sure to protect it.
%u25A0 No product can be used in the explosive gas atmosphère.
Always pay extra attention to the electric circuit during emergency stop, and cylinder opération, etc. during power failure.
Attach a "pressure switch" and "residual pressure discharge valve" to the compressed air inlet of the equi pment.

DRYMAX D30, D60 and 100 Compact Dry Air Dryers
The DRYMAX Series dry air dryers are equipped with two desiccant beds to supply continuous
dry process air and constant quality for the perfect drying of plastic resin.
- Ambient Independent Dew Point to -60°C
- Motorized Switchover Valve – Operation without compressed air lines and optimized control of drying and regeneration cycles in both desiccant beds.
- Energy Saving Counter Airflow Regeneration – Reduced energy costs through fastest dehumidification of the desiccant beds during the regeneration phase.
- Material Protection Function – Avoids over-drying and thermal degradation of the plastic resin through short term lowering of the drying temperature during the production stoppages of the processing machine.
– Micro Particle Filter in Return Air – Dust separation efficiency of up to 99.9% for high process safety.
- SmartReg Energy Saving Function – For the time optimized control of regeneration and cooling of the desiccant beds (on DRYMAX D60 and 100).
- SmartFlow Intelligent Air Distribution – Automatic air distribution to adjust to different materials and fluctuating material demands (available on units with 2 drying hoppers).

Desiccant Dryer Mobile
The Desiccant Dryer Mobile DDM is a dry air dryer designed for continuous drying of free-flowing granular plastic material.
The DDM is a mobile unit which can be located next to the processing machine to supply dried raw material to the processing machine.
DDM 60-IV, DDM 120-IV, DDM 180-IV
Capacity volume: 60, 120, 180 litres.
The standard DDM unit is equipped with an automatic dry air material conveying system for one processing machine. The DDM is also available with a conveying system for two processing machines.
The DDM dryer has been designed for drying hygroscopic raw materials, non-hygroscopic raw materials and regrind in the temperature range from 60° to 140°C with a temperature deviation of ±2°C.
The DDM is also available in an HT/LT design for temperature ranges from 50° to 180°C (high/low temperature).
Owing to an accurate temperature control and a dew point temperature of better than ÷30°C a residual humidity of less than 0.02% can be obtained (for HT/LT 0.002%).

Energy-effecient dryers that deliver -40° dew point are available with gas fired reactivation, which reduces operating costs by as much as 80% over electric based systems. Optional heat recovery coils provide additional energy reduction, and process heaters are located on the drying hopper inlet in order to eliminate heat loss through the hose.
