The MEMDOS DX motor-driven diaphragm dosing pump does not only stand out for its performance but also for its reliability, versatility and user-frienliness: The control is easy to understand and to operate.
MEMDOS DX pumps care totally leakage-free and thus also suitable for toxic and aggressive media.
On request, the MEMDOS DX pumps can also be supplied with a double-diaphragm system. Then uncontrolled leak-age of media is avoided even if the dosing diaphragm wears out.
Wherever high flow rates in controlled processes are required e.g. in sewage treatment plants. Thanks to the sturdy tappet drive with manual or automatic capacity adjustment, acids, lyes, precipitating agents and flocculents are dosed reliably and precisely.

Natural Gas Operated Pumps are CSA (Canadian Standards Association) certified for operation using sweet or sour natural gas. The pumps are also compliant with NACE Standard MRO175/ISO15156. The sweet gas pump utilizes Aluminum or 316 Stainless Steel wetted construction with Buna or Virgin PTFE diaphragms and check balls.
The gas valve is constructed of Aluminum with Buna elastomers. Pumps are fully groundable, preventing static discharge. A Stainless Steel gas valve option is available on G15 to G30 pumps for corrosive applications.

For applications requiring extremely quiet, highly efficient operation and simple maintenance, our oilless linear pumps have found widespread use in the medical, industrial, chemical, environmental, and scientific industries.
Smooth air flow makes these models ideally suited for applications requiring consistent air flow
Electromagnetic oscillation eliminates sliding parts, minimizing power consumption, offering high efficiency and long-term continuous operation
Oilless operation means exhausted air is always clean and particle-free
Low noise level due to innovative design considerations in the pneumatic circuit and mechanical construction

The MultiFertic® dosing pump is a heavy duty, high precision electric or diaphrgam pump for dosing chemicals products and additives. It is made up of one driving module and 1 to 4 injection modules for 25 to 500 L/H (7.5 to 150 GPH).
In order to dose different products (INDEPENDENT INJECTION) or increase the inyection flow, several injection modules can be connected in the same injector. If we do so, we can obtain a higher flow regularity. In the case of 4 modules the injection flow is practically constant.

MAGDOS LT is a solenoid-driven diaphragm pump with a state of the art microprocessor-controlled electronic.
The electronic provides power to the pump drive depending on the system´s pressure requirements thus reducing power consumption, noise level and heat generation. Due to the reduced heat generation MAGDOS LT operates at ambient temperatures of up to 45°C (113°F) depending on the chemical resistance of the wetted end material.
This dosing pump is available for a capacity range of up to 6 l/h and a maximum pressure of 6 to 16 bar. A flexible pressure adjustment is possible.
Double-ball check valves ensure high accuracy even at smallest flow rates.
MAGDOS LT solenoid-driven dosing pumps are especially suitable for water treatment and applications in the process industry. Due to the hermetically sealed design they are suitable for toxic and aggressive media.

The delta® pump is the first pump worldwide with controlled solenoid drive. The suction and pressure strokes are fully monitored and can be adapted to the individual application. The delta pump is equipped for almost any application thanks to numerous drive options as well as the connection via Profibus® or CANbus to the central control station. The pump is equipped with the option “Process Timer" and thus can be used as control centre in cases where otherwise programmable logic controllers would be required.
Advantages
* Flexible adaptation to the metering task ensuring optimal metering accuracy
* The integrated injection control optoGuard® detects hydraulic failures which can then be messaged via the optional relays
* High level of economy thanks to savings with regard to accessories such as e.g. pulsation dampeners, flow monitoring etc.
* High metering accuracy even at varying backpressure

Introduction
1. does not have to fill pilots, Energy reaches as high as 7m, lifts reaches 50m, the outlet pressure >= 6kgf square centimeters. The mobile width shades, is good through the performance, allows both to be able to pull out through the QBY air operated diaphragm pump delivers the mobile liquid, and can transport some not easy mobile medium, has the self-priming pump, dives the water pump, the shield pumps, the sludge pump and the impurity pumps and so on to transport the machinery many merits.
2. biggest pellets, the diameter reaches when 10mm pulls out delivers the mud, the impurity, to pumps the attrition really micro.
3. lifts, the current capacity passable air valve has opened the realization stepless regulation. (Barometric pressure adjustment in1-7kg square centimeters between).
4. pump has not revolved the part, does not have the axis to seal the medium which the mutual lack of understanding will pull out delivers with the movement part which will pump, the actuating medium completely separates, will transport the medium will not be able to divulge to outside. Therefore pulls out delivers virulently, is easy when volatilizes or the corrosive medium, cannot cause the environmental pollution and harm the personal safety.
5. does not need to use electricity, in flammable, the explosive place use safe is reliable.
