The Micro Pumps are used frequently in the fields of analysis and medicine.
CONCEPT
The Micro Diaphragm Gas Sampling Pumps from KNF
are based on a simple principal - an elastic diaphragm,
fixed on its edge, moves up and down its central point
by means of an eccentric. In this way the medium is
transferred using automatic valves.
The range of KNF Micro Pumps is for the equipped with the patented stress-optimised structured diaphragm, resulting in a high pneumatic performance, a durable product and compact size. New, very efficient
valves and sealing systems as well as the precise placement of the pump head are some of the other technical features we can offer.
For pump drive we provide a selection of dc motors with
various levels of performance, durability and price.
AREAS OF USE
KNF Micro Diaphragm Pumps are used frequently in the
fields of analysis and medicine.
For instance as pumps for gas measurement, for
example for sampling environmental conditions in the
workplace, or for exhaust gas and smoke analysis or
built into machines for measuring blood pressure.
As they are dc driven, the micro diaphragm pumps are
suited for use in portable and stand-alone equipment |

Natural Gas Operated Pumps are CSA (Canadian Standards Association) certified for operation using sweet or sour natural gas. The pumps are also compliant with NACE Standard MRO175/ISO15156. The sweet gas pump utilizes Aluminum or 316 Stainless Steel wetted construction with Buna or Virgin PTFE diaphragms and check balls.
The gas valve is constructed of Aluminum with Buna elastomers. Pumps are fully groundable, preventing static discharge. A Stainless Steel gas valve option is available on G15 to G30 pumps for corrosive applications. |
|
KNF diaphragm pumps for air and neutral, slightly aggressive, high aggressive or corrosive gases and vapours offer the right choice for many applications. Irrespective of size, the special features of the diaphragm are built into every pump: uncontaminated transfer , no pollution of the media, maintenance-free and gas tightness.

Oscillating Diaphragm Pumps are rated for continuous operation, self-priming, corrosion resistant, and are available in FDA grade materials. In addition, these pumps are compact, economically priced and would make an excellent alternative to Peristaltic Pumps in many applications with the ability to provide up to 4,000 hours life under normal operating conditions.
Typical applications include detergent dispensing, chemical mixing, dish and glass washers, ice machines, analytical instruments, medical and laboratory instruments, and chiller applications. |

The MultiFertic® injection pump are heavy duty, high precision pumps for chemicals products and additives, made up of one driving module and 1 to 4 injection modules for 25 to 500 l/h. - 7.5 to 150 GPH
In the same injector can be connected several injection modules to apportion different products (INDEPENDENT INJECTION) or to increase the injection flow. By increasing the number of modules in the same injector, a higher flow regularity is obtained, whereby in the 4 modules model an actually continuous flow is obtained.

Verderair double diaphragm pumps
Series Verderair VA and Almatec
These balanced series of compressed air driven, double diaphragm pumps consists of two series: Verderair VA all purpose, multi-functional diaphragm pumps and Almatec diaphragm pumps for advanced/difficult applications. Both non metallic and metallic versions are available.
Advantages and characteristics
- Simple installation
- Maintenance friendly
- Easy to operate
- Self-priming when dry
- No air lubrication needed
- Sanitary, Ultra-pure and high pressure versions
Models
VA
These pumps provide flexible, reliable flow in all circumstances. The control valve guarantees perfect operation that never jams and that does not have to be lubricated even at low compressed air pressure and high backpressure.
Capacity max: 1050 l/min., lift max.: 84 kPa.
Ball valves
The Verderair VA models are equipped with ball valves. They ensure that the pressure drop is low during circulation, resulting in a higher circulation than can be achieved with cylindrical valves. Also small particles pumpable.

The bellows pump is a pneumatic, self-priming pump. The fluid is pumped between the two chambers, airside and liquidside. This pump is adact for to transfer of ultrapure acids and solvents used in the semiconductor industry.
Their pumping frequency is much lower than an equivalent diaphragm pump and results in an extended life. Due to this low frequency and amplitude of the bellows pump, we guarantee a lower level of particle contamination. All PFD pump wetted components are manufactured with TEFLON® (PFA HP, PTFE and FEP). All other components are manufactured with high technology materials; e.g. PVDF and PEEK.
The use of material chemically inactive allows no ionic contamination. This pump is assembled in cleanroom.
Flow rate: 20 l/min
Max. suction head: 3,5 m
Max. air pressure: 5 bar
Max. back pressure: 4 bar
Max. air consuption: 13,5 m^3/h
Max. air connection: 4 mm I.D.
