| Ingersoll Rand / ARO Supplier of diaphragm pumps provide stall-free, ice-free operation. Their patented "Unstallable" unbalanced air valve design avoids stalling issues associated with other pumps. The "Quick-Dump" exhaust cocks divert cold exhaust air from ice-prone components, preventing freezing. Backed by a five-year warranty, we have the most reliable pump line on the market today. |

Chemically resistant industrial diaphragm pumping models MPC, are fully suited and to
applications where aggressive solvent and acid vapours are present. The
diaphragms and other wetted parts are made from compounds of PTFE, PP and PVDF. The pumping and connection heads are carbon fibre reinforced with a small electrical conductivity. This prevents electrostatic loading and
minimizes the danger of igniting gas mixtures in the pump by electrostatic
discharge. The long life of these diaphragm pumps manufacturer speaks for itself.

Application
Diaphragm pumps manufacturer of the NT-series are oilfree dry running pumps for the generation of vacuum as well as the delivery and evacuation of gases and vapours. In chemical laboratories they are the more powerfull and modern alternative to water jet pumps, because they are more friendly to the environment at minimized operation and maintenance costs. Typical applications: on vacuum drying chambers, for distillation, drying, and vacuum filtering but also as backing pump for turbo-molecular pumps, gas transfer and the like. The pumps produce little noise and vibrations and are therefore ideal for installation in sensitive devices (e.g. chemical analysis).
Advantages
There are one-, two- three- and four-stage pumps available. The vacuum performance has been increased considerably, which expands the application field for both laboratory and industrial use. The one-stage pumps are designed for an ultimate vacuum of 70 mbar, the two-stage pumps for 7 mbar, the three-stage pumps for down to 1 mbar and the four-stage pumps for 0.5 mbar. International Protection code for all NT models is IP 42 (except those with switchable dual-voltage motors). The NT pumps are designed very compact and are exceptionally quiet and smooth-running. Smooth housing surfaces (except for the two-cylinder aluminium version) make the NT diaphragm pumps easy to clean. On the whole the pumps work almost maintenance-free. All models have easily changeable cocks and diaphragms. |

Bühler Sample Gas Pumps for Hazardous Areas
The transportation of sample gas in sample conditioning systems requires reliable sample pumps. The corrosive nature of the gas and the potential of condensate formation are the real challenges for any pump.
These sample pumps are equipped with a bellows made from solid PTFE . This design has demonstrated the highest reliability and long lifetime in numerous applications. Designed specifically for harsh gas applications that have entrained liquids present or where condensate is expected to form, it is recommended that the pump head be pointed downwards to accommodate draining of these liquids
A special flange design makes the P2.4 and P2.84 designs suitable for hot applications. The flange is designed in two parts -- one carrying the pump head is installed in a heated professional cabinet and the other carrying the electrical motor is flanged to the outside of the cabinet keeping the motor in ambient conditions.
The pumps employ explosion-proof motors. The ATEX models are suitable for Category 2. The AMEX models are CSA C-US approved and suitable for Class I
Division 2.
For easy installation, a support console with vibration dampers is included for the P 2.2 ATEX, P 2.2 AMEX and
P 2.82 AMEX.
Robust and reliable design
Easy to replace cocks
Bellow made of one solid piece
Suitable for corrosive gases
Pumps gases with entrained liquid
Low noise
Vibration dampening console
Optional adjustable bypass valve
Long life
ATEX versions for Category 2
CSA / C-US approved versions for

VACUUBRAND diaphragm pumps suppliers are totally oil free, mechanical vacuum pumps supplier. Diaphragm pumps are the efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to water jet pumps. They do not consume water and, therefore, they do not produce contaminated waste water. Diaphragm pumps can be used in a multitude of applications for vacuum generation in laboratories and process plants, such as vacuum filtration, vacuum degasing, vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying chambers, rotary industrial evaporators, distillation, gel professional dryers, gas analytical systems and roughing of wide-range turbo molecular pumps.
Diaphragm pumps offer low ultimate vacuum down to 80 mbar (one-stage pumps), 9 mbar (two-stage pumps), 2 mbar (three-stage pumps) or 0.3 mbar (four-stage pumps). Optimized kinetics for minimum work and wear of the diaphragm result in high reliability, low scuffing, long life and low noise level of the diaphragm. Only selected resistant materials such as FPM (e.g. Viton® fluoroelastomers) and aluminium or PTFE compounds - depending on the version - are used for the gas and vapour contacted parts.
