The bellows pump is a pneumatic, self-priming pump. The fluid is pumped between the two chambers, airside and liquidside. This pump is adact for to transfer of ultrapure acids and solvents used in the semiconductor industry.
Their pumping frequency is much lower than an equivalent diaphragm pump and results in an extended life. Due to this low frequency and amplitude of the bellows pump, we guarantee a lower level of particle contamination. All PFD pump wetted components are manufactured with TEFLON® (PFA HP, PTFE and FEP). All other components are manufactured with high technology materials; e.g. PVDF and PEEK.
The use of material chemically inactive allows no ionic contamination. This pump is assembled in cleanroom.

The new patented Dual Block® system allows a proper nut tightening, without any risk for unscrewing due to vibrations.

In the field of drying, Piovan has developed the application of an innovative technology: the use of a rotor with a honeycomb structure to eliminate the humidity released by plastic material during the drying process.
This brand-new series, presented for the first time at the K2007 show, consists of four models that operate in a temperature range from 80 to 150°C, with air flows from 50 to 200 m³/h: HR50, HR100, HR150 and HR200.

The Plastic Analyser serves to define and monitor the material properties of free-flowing plastic bulk materials. The moisture content or filler content are determined by the relationship between the electrical performance characteristics and the specific composition of the plastic in this process for example.
