Since 1984 ALMATEC manufactures special pumps for the chemicals supply and circulation in the semiconductor industry. The latest generation is the FUTUR, a pump series particularly developed for the special requirements of these applications.
The liquids handled in the semiconductor industry set different demands to the pumps. Therefore the FUTUR series is available in four materials:
4 sizes made of PTFE/UPPE for acids and caustics up to 130°C (model FUTUR T)
2 sizes made of PTFE for hot applications with acids and caustics up to 200°C
(model FUTUR H)
4 sizes made of UPPE for slurries
(model FUTUR E)
2 sizes made of stainless steel (SS 316 L) for solvents (model FUTUR S)

The pump for food liquids CARBUSET AP 25 F is a diaphragm pump activated by a lever. It is made from a technopolymer material that guarantees maximum resistance to the mechanical stress to which the pump may be subjected to; and it is thus suitable for outdoor use. All the metal parts are made from stainless steel.
The pump unit is chemically compatible with the most commonly used liquid foods. Temperature range of liquids: + 10°C to + 40°C.
The pump can be used in either a vertical or a horizontal position when anchored appropriately by means of four M5 screws. The cover of the pump is fastened to the body by means of a bayonet coupling: this system enables the pump body to be cleaned and the lever to be positioned parallel or perpendicular to the flow of liquid, if required.
Here is a list of the principal liquids that can be decanted: Non-alcoholic drinks or alcoholic drinks containing less than 5% alcohol by volume; Water, cider, fruit or vegetable juices, must, fruit cremogenates, lemonade, soda, syrups; Bitters, vegetable infusions, coffee, tea, liquid chocolate, beer; Alcoholic drinks containing 5% or more alcohol by volume; wine, brandy, liqueurs; non-denatured ethyl alcohol; Vegetable oils; Milk: whole, semi-skimmed or skimmed; Vinegar.
The fields of application cover all the sectors of the agroindustry, food packaging, winemaking and oil pro-duction industries.

The CARBUSET® hand pump is a diaphragm pump, actioned by a lever. It is made of a tecno-polymer, granting guarantee of maximum resistance to atmospheric agents and to mechanical stress, wich may be exerted on it. Furthermore it has a high chemical compatibility with most used liquids. All metal parts are made of stainless steel. Main feature of the pump is reversibility of pumping direction, obtained by simply reversing suction and feed pipes. Option of the direct connection is aviable, allowing quick and easy fastening to most used drums, containers and tanks (2” thread Gas or M 64x4).
Thanks to its flexibility the CARBUSET® hand pump may be used in various sectors: iron works, garages, in the building industry for supply of machine tools, in agriculture, means of transport and in all situations where a pouring of liquid is necessary. It may be used in the nautical sector as bilge pump on small boats. The pump is suitable for pouring of petrol, gas oil, unleaded petrol, mineral and synthetic oil and liquids with suspended matter. A model of CARBUSET® hand pump is suitable for pouring of food-liquids, made of specific thecno-polymer and approved for foodstuffs.

Almatec is one of the world’s leading brands of pneumatic diaphragm pumps. The first pumps were delivered in 1984. The technology is based on decades of experience in the pump sector. Numerous trend-setting developments resulted and the product range diversified to provide solutions to a whole variety of problems.
Since the company was founded, it has produced and delivered over 100,000 pumps.
Models
Verderair offers with the Almatec-series two main ranges of pumps; for standard, and for specific applications.
Standard applications
Pumps for the ‘normal’ applications are extremely suited for pumping all kinds of chemicals, slurries, coatings, paints, solvents, acids, glues, resins and powders.
The pumps are available in several types of plastics (PP, PE, PTFE) but also in stainless steel. Capacities are up to 800 l/min.

Verder has chosen a wide variety in materials to offer solutions for the complete industry. We make a difference between housings in non-metallics and metallics.
Verderair are highly engineered diaphragm pumps, delivering a smooth, reliable flow at all circumstances. The new air valves design guarantees a perfect, non-stalling operation, even at low pressure and does not need any lubrication. Thanks to their unique design, they are able to handle very abrasive and / or viscous products.
The Verderair will run dry indefinitely without damage. Verder has selected those materials, which offer the best combination of benefits to the end user. The used wetted pump part materials are Acetal, Polypropylene, Kynar, Aluminium, Cast Iron and Stainless Steel. For ball and /or diaphragm, VERDER selected PTFE, Hytrel, Santoprene, Viton, BUNA-N, SS and Acetal.
NEW - Atex: Verderair offers now pumps in a conductive polypropylene housing. With this unique material you can benefit from the polypropylene-advantages in an Atex environment.
The flow range is from 0.1 up to 1,060 l/min and pressures up to 8 bar (or 16 bar for high-pressure models).

The double diaphragm system increases safety when sampling expensive or extremely hazardous gases. Should the primary diaphragm fail, the other diaphragm keeps the sample flow intact. The 1/8" NPT port connection allows the user to add a leak detection system and alarm. The detection system monitors the diaphragm for failure analysis and assures system integrity until maintenance can be performed.

ALMATEC's high-pressure diaphragm pumps have been specially developed for charging filter presses with chemical wastes and special sludge.
With a driving pressure of max. 7 bar, the pumps of series AH build up a delivery pressure of 16 bar on account of the internal pressure boost. These genuine double-action pneumatic diaphragm pumps are available in three sizes with a maximum delivery volume of 4 m³/h (AH 15), 10 m³/h (AH 25) and 20 m³/h (AH 40).
All housing parts in contact with the product are made of PE UHMW. This polymer material is seven times more resistant to abrasion than PP. PE is also more resistant to wear than cast iron, aluminium and even steel.

Full plastic Pnematic Pumps for transfer and suitable for all fluids, even the most corrosive. The parts in contact with the liquid are fluoropolymers (PTFE / PFA). This range is ideal when used in the distribution and packaging of products highly corrosive and aggressive (type HCL, HF, SOCl2; TFA, Slurry, PIC, ...). Similarly, these pumps are particularly suited for applications requiring a low level of particulate and ionic contamination (pharmaceutical contamination measures, dosages of rennet in the manufacture of cheese, ...) Distribution of 1 to 100l/mn; Determination until to 10l/mn.
Availaible in 2 versions :
PPS: pneumatically operated
PPSE: Electro pneumatically operated
