Bottom-stapling folding boxes with joining flaps with stapling pillar for bottom stapling empty folding boxes made from solid or corrugated cardboard.
A rapidly adjustable carton guide stop permits precise stapling over the flap joint: L = length stapling.
Complete with finger protecting device. Depending upon the type of cardboard,different large sized staples can be inserted without adjustment: MG® 312, MG® 315, MG® 320, MG® 323 (for solid and corrugated cardboard with single or double flute).
For max. carton sizes: L 100 x W 68 x H 70 cm including one flap.

For one-handed operation.The operator has one hand free to shape the carton. Empty cartons can be bottom-stapled. Staple from inside to outside.
TOP staples will be automatically clinched within the corrugated section of the under board without clinching anvils, i.e. no damage to the contents and no additional stitching holes next to the staples.

Stuffing Box Packings (Gland Packings) are machine-braided cords of different materials, used for sealing rotating shafts in pumps, ventilators and fittings. Packing sections are laid round the shaft in circles and then compressed with the gland. For dynamic applications, the compression must be so adjusted that a certain minor amount of leakage between packing and shaft may emerge. Harmful dry running is prevented thus and the leakage is dissipated or returned. Various materials and material combinations are used according to the individual case of application. Special lubricants are incorporated into the braiding to improve running properties.

Electromagnetic interference (EMI) can be described as any type of electrical interference, signal or noise, which temporarily or permanently effects the ability of electrical or electronic equipment or systems to function correctly.
