The model DV509 diaphragm valve is designed for precise flow control of low to medium viscosity liquids with a minimum shot size of 0.0001cc. The diaphragm separates the wetted parts from the air supply which makes it suitable for dispensing cyanoacrylates, reagents, anaerobics, UV adhesives and resins, paint, ink, solvents, glue, electrolytes, alcohols, and other volatile substances.

Description:
The CO.RA. DOSING SYSTEM allows the discharge of the product in a closed cycle drum. It is composed of an electronic weighing system and a DOUBLE VALVE. The vane of the latter transfers a large quantity of product while the rotor completes the requested dosage.

This package includes the powered opening system with a control package of powered open/close that is manually controlled with pushbuttons and joysticks. This system is configured to work on a single size and type of iris valve that is oriented in the same location on each container.

Superior resist handling
The use of high-torque, stepper motor technology results in a consistent controllable discharge volume. The discharge volume is not affected by changes in viscosity or by filter performance. Repeatable accuracy of 0.3% of the discharge volume is maintained at all times.

High Purity
The pump end utilizes a tubephragm design eliminating dead volume and low velocity areas where resist can stagnate. This prevents the collection of particles and allows the pumps to maintain the highest purity possible.

The discharge velocity as well as volume are easily adjusted to expand the capabilities to many resist-coating processes, including the application of small amounts of resist in a short period of time.

Handheld dispense valves are a good choice for manual assembly applications where a timed shot is not required and a relatively large amount of fluid is being consumed.
Operation is simple and straightforward. Fluid is supplied to the valve from a pressurized 1 liter or 5 liter tank. To apply fluid, the operator places the dispense tip in position and presses a lever on the side of the valve. Releasing the lever stops the flow with a fast clean cutoff.

EFD's unique high-pressure dispensing tools make it easy to apply RTV silicones, epoxies, medical-grade adhesives and other very thick fluids through dispense tips as small as 0.004" in diameter.
These tools are designed to work with EFD air-powered dispensers, and will multiply the output of a standard 100 psi dispenser up to 7x, producing a maximum dispensing pressure of 700 psi. Measuring valves are the essence of dualine lubrication systems. They are munted close to the lubrication points and hydraulically operated by pressure from the first and then the second of the two supply lines. On each pressurisation cycles, they indirectly discharge fixed volume of lubricant to the bearing etc.
