Handheld dispense valves are a good choice for manual assembly applications where a timed shot is not required and a relatively large amount of fluid is being consumed.
Operation is simple and straightforward. Fluid is supplied to the valve from a pressurized 1 liter or 5 liter tank. To apply fluid, the operator places the dispense tip in position and presses a lever on the side of the valve. Releasing the lever stops the flow with a fast clean cutoff.
725-HL Handheld piston valve for medium to high viscosity fluids
752V-HL Handheld Diaphragm Valve for low-to medium-viscosity fluids like cyanoacrylates and anaerobics
740V-HL Handheld needle valve for low-viscosity fluids like solvents and MEK

EFD's unique high-pressure dispensing tools make it easy to apply RTV silicones, epoxies, medical-grade adhesives and other very thick fluids through dispense tips as small as 0.004" in diameter.
These tools are designed to work with EFD air-powered dispensers, and will multiply the output of a standard 100 psi dispenser up to 7x, producing a maximum dispensing pressure of 700 psi. They provides fast, fatigue-free application of thick assembly fluids, minimize the risk of repetitive stress injuries and increase yields by helping workers produce more consistent parts in less time.
These compact, lightweight tools are available in two versions: the HP4x uses 10cc EFD syringe barrels and pistons and produces a maximum pressure of 400 psi. The HP7x unit uses 3cc EFD syringe barrels and provides up to 700 psi of dispensing pressure.

Stainless steel balanced spool valves apply uniform amounts of thick materials like greases and silicones at pressures up to 2500 psi.
To keep dots and lines consistent and prevent drooling between shots, the 736HPA valve uses an adjustable stroke control to regulate opening surge and closing snuffback.
For use with:
Greases
RTV's
Sealants
Silicones

Two ranges of line mounting adjustable metering units for use with a dualine system, which discharge a fixed volume of lubricant to half the lubrication points on pressurisation of one line and to the remaining points on pressurisation of the second line.
Benefits:
* Each measuring valve can have from one to four independent operating sections.
* Two normal discharge connections for each operating section reduce the overall cost of the system.
* Any section of the valve can be modified to one discharge, allowing a double sized discharge or an odd number of outlets on the valve.
* Wide stepless adjustment bands for each size of valve allow optimum lubrication delivery to every bearing.
* Positive hydraulic operation with visible indicator of operation.
|
|
|
Measuring valves are the essence of dualine lubrication systems. They are munted close to the lubrication points and hydraulically operated by pressure from the first and then the second of the two supply lines. On each pressurisation cycles, they indirectly discharge fixed volume of lubricant to the bearing etc.

The LIQUIDYN micro dispensing valve P-JET 200 is designed for dispensing liquid and pasty media by either contacting respectively without contacting the surface of the work piece. During dispension a small drop respectively a strand of the medium is expelled through a nozzle and deposited on the surface of a work piece. The length of the strand can be varied from very short ( dot size ) to any required length. This dispensing process is controlled by the tappet, which receives its signals for the required opening intervals of the nozzle from a fast switching pneumatic valve via a transmitting mechanism.

Demak® Advanced Dispensing Equipment is the suitable solution for the dispensing of two-component resins onto small and medium parts every time a high accuracy and quality are required.
Typical of all Demak® equipment is the use of multi-dosing nozzles that allow simultaneous encapsulation of up to 32 parts. Dispensing nozzle movement takes place via X axis or XY robot.
Recently Demak® have introduced the first machine in the world that makes it possible to use two-component resins under vacuum all the time. This new technology performs degassing of resin and catalyst continuously while the machine is working, thus avoiding degassing of components in the tanks before the start of production.

MINITRATTO DOSING SYSTEM
The device has been specially conceived to control the metering of fluids injected at low pressure such as solvents, oils, paints and glues. It is made up of a set including the power unit, the fluid tank, the exhalation valve and the driving pedal. The power unit combines perfectly with all Preo delivery systems and it completes them thanks to a high performance microprocessor enabling to control the delivery unit so as to obtain a high-definition spraying surface. The device is also equipped with an air pressure regulator to ensure a high transfer efficiency. The display and the pressure gauge clearly display time and pressure quantities respectively by making it easier for the operator to use MINITRATTO. The tank function is important to ensure continuous deposits. The fluid container is made of aluminium and it is provided with a relief valve to operate safely. It has a capacity of 2 litres and it has been conceived to contain a small bucket where the fluid is poured so as to simplify maintenance. The exhalation valve with pneumatic working and adjustable pin has been specially manufactured for the application of very precise deposits such as fractions of microlitres. It is supplied with a universal coupling connection that can combine with several types of nozzles supplied by Preo making MINITRATTO versatile for any kind of application.
