The anti-bridging doser is weighed and assisted by an electronic regulation system that provides a dosing accuracy between 0.25 and 0.5% thanks to the loss weight control.
It works either continuously or by load, depending on the process. The regulation system, at the leading edge of the computer technology and electronics, enables the user to control one or several dosers.

Scope of use

Operation principle
The product rationed in the batcher is loaded into the package. Control of the device is manual or automatic. Batcher may constitute separate devices or be included in technological lines along with conveyors, positioning device, and electronic triggering. The structure and equipment of the devices is adapted to the needs of the client.

The dispensing table-top robot TR300 designed and produced by mta automation ag is controlled by an industrial PC allowing the automation of dispensing operations for liquid or viscous products. The increasing demands of customers in term of quality, precision and repeatability lead to increasing levels of automation. However, when production batches are small or products widely dissimilar, the cost of sophisticated equipment can place automation beyond the reach of many would-be users. In order to satisfy this need, mta developed a table-top robot which combines flexibility with required high levels of process quality and repeatability, all at a reasonable cost.
The 3 or 4 axes can be fully programmed, as are the dispensing parameters for each dispensed point.

General description
O.D.L. dispense heads can function with all the fittings of the same system. They are specially designed and constructed to keep both size and weight as compact as possible, while ensuring the necessary opening run and gas closure sealing.
O.D.L. dispense heads are very easy to assemble and dismantle and all parts are interchangeable with warehouse spare parts.
Cleaning may be undertaken with all the specific products and equipment normally in use.
Materials
All the parts in contact with the beer or other liquid to be tapped are made of AISI 300 stainless steel; the body and the other parts which are not in direct contact with the liquid are made of nickel-plated brass.
The seals are made of nitrilic rubber or silicon (materials conforming to Italian Law No. 108 dated 25-01-92; EEC Directive 89/109).

Pistol-Grip Attachment allows paste to be applied manually to copper and brass assembly
Compressed air from control panel is introduced to upper gun body, forcing circular piston and attached piston rod upward against coil spring. Pressurized paste alloy (from reservoir) fills vacant space between piston rod tip and nozzle orifice.
As timer de-energizes, compressed air is exhausted, and coil spring returns piston and rod to closed position. Piston rod tip displaces paste alloy through nozzle orifice and seals opening until next cycle. Precise deposit size is obtained by adjusting control panel timer, paste pressure, and length of piston rod stroke.

The processing pressure is about 100 bar as the glue has to go through a 7,5 m long material hose before being delivered to the processing head with a capacity of 5 kg/min.
