The Patriot™ Chop/Wetout system is a versatile pumping system that addresses many of the problems experienced in composites material application. If your goal is to make quality parts with minimal overspray and greatly reduce waste materials, then the precision of this system is what you need.
Precision counts. The key to efficient FRP production is achieving a uniform laminate. Precise metering is the key to correct many of the quality issues, such as porosity, inconsistent thickness and more that currently face composites manufactures. With a catalyst-to-resin variance ratio of 1% or less, the Patriot™ chop system runs circles around competitive systems that tested with variance ratios of 25% - 30%.
Superior Construction. The Patriot™ Chop/Wetout System features a deep induction heat hardened Fluid Section which is then coated with a thick hard chrome layer to increase the wear characteristics of the system, allowing it to run for longer periods.
Both the Fluid Section and Catalyst Pump on Patriot™ feature the new "self-healing" seal that has the lowest coefficients of friction available today. This seal does not require packing adjustments, and greatly reduces the problems associated with heat buildup and wear.
Patriot™ is designed and built with modular components to create the optimum configuration for your needs. Utilizing quick-change components extends the system life and allows for reduced down time. The major components change out in 10 minutes or less.

The PD44 is specifically designed to dispense small amounts of
water thin to paste viscosity materials from 0.005cc’s to 5cc’s.
The metering rods are matched with machined seals for improved
seal life. There are no material hoses between the rod pump
outlets and mixer inlet which eliminates potential ratio or shot size
problems (phasing) due to hose expansion and contraction.

This WOLFANGEL® unit was conceived for the processing of low viscose fluid plastics. In this case, a PU glue had to be dosed for the glueing of stone tiles. The processing pressure is about 100 bar as the glue has to go through a 7,5 m long material hose before being delivered to the processing head with a capacity of 5 kg/min. Due to the short pot life, the material cannot be heated for the reduction of the viscosity.

Demak® Advanced Dispensing Equipment is the suitable solution for the dispensing of two-component resins onto small and medium parts every time a high accuracy and quality are required.
Typical of all Demak® equipment is the use of multi-dosing nozzles that allow simultaneous encapsulation of up to 32 parts. Dispensing nozzle movement takes place via X axis or XY robot.

MINITRATTO DOSING SYSTEM
The device has been specially conceived to control the metering of fluids injected at low pressure such as solvents, oils, paints and glues. It is made up of a set including the power unit, the fluid tank, the exhalation valve and the driving pedal. The power unit combines perfectly with all Preo delivery systems and it completes them thanks to a high performance microprocessor enabling to control the delivery unit so as to obtain a high-definition spraying surface. The device is also equipped with an air pressure regulator to ensure a high transfer efficiency. The display and the pressure gauge clearly display time and pressure quantities respectively by making it easier for the operator to use MINITRATTO. The tank function is important to ensure continuous deposits. The fluid container is made of aluminium and it is provided with a relief valve to operate safely. It has a capacity of 2 litres and it has been conceived to contain a small bucket where the fluid is poured so as to simplify maintenance. The exhalation valve with pneumatic working and adjustable pin has been specially manufactured for the application of very precise deposits such as fractions of microlitres. It is supplied with a universal coupling connection that can combine with several types of nozzles supplied by Preo making MINITRATTO versatile for any kind of application.

Inline Dispenser
A specially precise and stable structure characterises the DATRON IR 0300 Inline dispensing system. This guarantees years of continuous operation and constant quality also under very demanding operational conditions. Thanks to its free-arm construction this system can be integrated with particular ease into inline operation. Digital I/Os ensure an optimum data exchange between the overriding control software and the DATRON VDispenser software. Up to two dispensing heads can operate simultaneously. This WOLFANGEL® unit was conceived for the vacuum infusion process, where, at the beginning of the process, a great amount of material is required. The capacity is 50 kg/min. Resin, catalyst and accelerator (or inhibitor) are delivered by 3 material pumps. The particular advantage of this plant is that it can process preaccelerated resin. The reaction process of the resin system can be adjusted to an optimum to the temperatures of the environment so that the possibilities of adjustment are improved compared to a preaccelerated system. This concept can also be used for epoxy dosing units.

Series E Hand Held Test Measures:
The Seraphin® Series E test measure is manufactured of type 300 stainless steel. It is available in any capacity from 5 liters (1 US Gallon) to 40 liters (10 US Gallons).
