Satellite Paste Applicators are designed to complement an existing heat source, such as furnace or induction. These freestanding units apply single, multiple, or "ring shape" paste deposits onto assemblies. Cycling is automatic and error-free with an operator removing the pasted part and loading it into the adjoining heat source.
Applicator guns can also be mounted to a robot to apply a detailed combination of paste dots and stripes to a particular part. After the pasting cycle, the part is joined to its companion members and fixtured to the subsequent heating and cooling sequence.
Dual station system utilizes rotating mandrel technique to apply 360° stripe of Fusion Paste onto part joint area. |

DispenseMate® 583 & 585 Systems
Dispensing Power in a Compact Package
The DispenseMate Series brings new dispensing power to a compact package. In a benchtop format, many of today's advanced automated dispensing features are available. It is ideal for batch processing or prototyping.
Two models are offered with different dispensing areas. The 583 model has a range of motion area of 325 x 325 mm, and the 585 model is 525 x 525 mm.
The DispenseMate platform utilizes the similar dispense control technology as Asymtek's most advanced dispensing systems, including Dynamic Dispensing Control and Jet-on-the-Fly. Optional features like automatic pattern recognition and CAD import make the system very useful for today's advanced electronics manufacturing environments.

Series E Hand Held Test Measures:
The Seraphin® Series E test measure is manufactured of type 300 stainless steel. It is available in any capacity from 5 liters (1 US Gallon) to 40 liters (10 US Gallons). Typical sizes are listed in the specification sheet, however custom capacities are available. Seraphin® no longer manufactures terneplate test measures (see news and events).
