DJ-9100 DispenseJet® Valve
HIGH-SPEED JET DISPENSING FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL FLUIDS
Dispense Liquid Crystal (LC) fluids quickly and accurately with the DJ-9100 jet. Fast, simple and more accurate, the DJ-9100 jet is based on Asymtek%u2019s standard DJ-9000 design. Jetting offers advantages over other LC dispensing methods and delivers better quality, increased flexibility and a low cost of ownership.
Speed: High flow rate %u2013 20 mg or more per second with a high shot rate up to 200 dots per second
Fluid Handling: Bottled LC material is fed directly rather than first transferred to a syringe, eliminating potential contamination and minimizing fluid waste
Cleaning: Quick and easy to clean in ten minutes or less
Quality: High wet-dispense accuracy; multiple dots jetted precisely where needed for One Drop Fill (ODF) of liquid crystal material
Avoids common hidden expenses: Easier and cheaper to operate
Other advantages include:
Jet small dots that promote wetting and allows for complex patterns impossible with other valves
Weighs material automatically, the dispenser adjusts automatically
Minimal wetted parts
Automatic tip cleaning and purge
Calibrated Process Jetting (CPJ%u2122 ) ensures volumetric repeatability during long production runs to improve process capability (Cpk). Dispense patterns are programmed with a specified weight. CPJ periodically samples the dispense weight per dot and computes the number of dots for each pattern. With this data, CPJ optimizes line speed based on the maximum specified shot interval.
Features
Up to 7 times faster than other valves
Eliminates setup complexities associated with multiple pump configurations
Designed for LC fluids
Fewer disposable parts
Avoids contamination of LC fluids while feeding to the jet

Abrasive Mini Hopper System
The abrasive hose from the Mini Hopper to the cutting head is very short so you have a very constant abrasive flow which causes about 20% faster cutting with higher cutting quality.
Abrasiv medium container with 200Kg abrasive is up to 10 Meter away from the Mini Hopper. Under the Abrasiv medium container is the small fully autonomous Pressure Hopper which takes the abrasive to the Mini Hopper near the cutting head.
You can refill the Abrasiv medium container at any time because the Abrasiv medium container is not under pressure like on compare able systems!
What counts!
* 20% faster cutting
* high cutting quality
* few components
* no pressure in Abrasiv medium container
* autonomous refill
* small wear

| A very important factor for cutting edge quality is the accuracy and stability of the abrasive flow rate. The Accustream Regulator II is designed to ensure peak cutting performance. The regulators II's compact abrasive metering system delivers the precise amount of abrasive needed to the cutting head at maximum speed. The system is positioned close to the waterjet cutting head which decreases the distance the abrasive travels and guarantees a smooth cut, while curtailing the abrasive that is wasted on inefficient cutting. |
|
In order to optimise the cutting speed and quality Resato offers an electronic abrasive feeder system, mounted on the portal of the cutting table close to the cutting head. This system guarantees a reliable and continuously adjustable abrasive flow rate to the cutting head.
The abrasive flow can be controlled from the CNC control panel and can be adjusted during the cutting process. The system offers possibilities to directly and automatically set the abrasive flow rate supplied to the cutting head from the Resato Powercam cutting software. The flow rate is adjustable from 100 to 1000 grams per minute.
The system also offers the possibility to automatically switch from a low abrasive rate to a high rate. This can be important for materials like glass, for which a low pressure must pierce the glass at a low abrasive flow rate. The flow rate can then be increased at the start of the cutting movement. |

SAEB ERAKAT models ABRALINE
A reliable and functional solution:
The industrial applications require more and more a control of the costs and an optimum reliability. With SAEB ERAKAT, you can supply the machine of cutting permanently and thus avoid all stops of production related to the recharging of sand.
A technology with any test:
SAEB ERAKAT is the perfect system to feed the system of Abrasif cutting uninterrupted. It allows an autonomy of 400 kg and the supply pressure in air perhaps regulated thanks to the valve of regulation of air pressure.
It also supervises the presence of sand in the hopper and the pot under pressure and emits signals of warnings visual (indicator) and messages intended for the operator.
Safety:
SAEB ERAKAT automatically stops the machine of cutting in the event of lack of abrasive (if connection is carried out) or warns the operator with a twinkling light signal. This makes it possible to avoid with the operator carrying out cycles of cutting without abrasive.
Simple installation:
SAEB ERAKAT Abraline model is a complete and autonomous system which can be connected to any machine of abrasive cutting. Its simple connection (catch 220V) and its box of piloting allows an easy use.
A strong point: Facility of use:
The use of the machines of abrasive cutting requires the control of many parameter and a regular maintenance.
With SAEB ERAKAT the user does not have any operation of maintenance, nor of parameter to be carried out. It is enough for him to reload every 400 kg of abrasive, enabling him thus to concentrate on its machine and the production. |

Jetline cold wire feeders are primarily used for gas
tungsten arc welding (TIG) and plasma arc welding
(PAW).
They can also be used in other applications
where a controlled feed of wire is required such as
a brazing operation. |
|
CWF-10B COLD WIRE FEEDERS:
Our most popular model, available with either a two or four roll drive system. The unit is designed for mechanized applications and is supplied complete with a wire guide positioner and control.
CWF-20C PRECISION COLD WIRE FEEDER:
Has all the features of the CWF-10B but utilizes a high accuracy drive motor and control with closed loop feedback to maintain the wire feed speed to within ±0.1% of the rated speed. Four drive rolls and a clear wire spool cover are standard features.
HWP-50D HOT WIRE FEEDER:
The hot wire system is used where high deposition combined with high quality are needed. Used with the GTAW (TIG) or Plasma process, the wire is preheated before it enters the weld pool. The system can be used for the surfacing or the joining of heavy materials in most ferrous alloys, including exotic materials. |
