The MEMDOS DX motor-driven diaphragm dosing pump does not only stand out for its performance but also for its reliability, versatility and user-frienliness: The control is easy to understand and to operate.
MEMDOS DX pumps care totally leakage-free and thus also suitable for toxic and aggressive media.
On request, the MEMDOS DX pumps can also be supplied with a double-diaphragm system. Then uncontrolled leak-age of media is avoided even if the dosing diaphragm wears out.
Wherever high flow rates in controlled processes are required e.g. in sewage treatment plants. Thanks to the sturdy tappet drive with manual or automatic capacity adjustment, acids, lyes, precipitating agents and flocculents are dosed reliably and precisely. |
|
| For corrosive and abrasive media, which have to be dosed against higher pressures than 16 bar piston pumps can be fitted with a piston-diaphragm system. The KMS system combines the advantages of leakage-free diaphragm dosing pumps and precise piston dosing pumps and thus ensures reliable dosing. |

MAGDOS LT is a solenoid-driven diaphragm pump with a state of the art microprocessor-controlled electronic.
The electronic provides power to the pump drive depending on the system´s pressure requirements thus reducing power consumption, noise level and heat generation. Due to the reduced heat generation MAGDOS LT operates at ambient temperatures of up to 45°C (113°F) depending on the chemical resistance of the wetted end material.
This dosing pump is available for a capacity range of up to 6 l/h and a maximum pressure of 6 to 16 bar. A flexible pressure adjustment is possible.
Double-ball check valves ensure high accuracy even at smallest flow rates.
MAGDOS LT solenoid-driven dosing pumps are especially suitable for water treatment and applications in the process industry. Due to the hermetically sealed design they are suitable for toxic and aggressive media.

The FEM diaphragm dosing pump has been specially developed
in order to accurately dose small quantities of liquid over a long
period of time whereby two of its most distinctive features are its
compact size and robustness (pump and electronics). The FEM
pump and electronics makes a complete dosing system which
is suitable for both simple as well as complex applications. With
the functions „quasi continuous flow“ and „batch dispensing“ the
FEM diaphragm pump differentiates itself from pumps based on
alternative technologies eg. piston, gear, syringe and peristaltic
pumps. Other interesting features are its high reliability, a
favourable purchasing price and low maintenance costs.
KNF has developed a specially programmed electronic control
module so that the integrated solenoid valve and the movements
of the diaphragm are exactly synchronised. This results in an
exact dosing which is gentle and low in pulsation. In addition
to these unique pump characteristics the control module also
allows a wide range of control possibilities to be used eg.
serial interfaces.
The dosing pump is self priming, maintenance free and can
be run dry |
|
Advantages
Flexible
Optimal capacity adaptation to widely varying production processes
Variable stroke for each pump allows independent adjustment of each component
Variable speed drive allows flow rate variations while maintaining constant proportions
Economical
Automation allows higher production efficiency to be achieved
Adaptable
Existing installations can be altered or expanded with extra pumps or automatic control |
|
| These pumps with mechanically actuated dual diaphragms bring the advantages and security of the diaphragm design to applications with operating pressure up to 20 bar and flow rates up to 3.000 l/h at an economical price. |

The MultiFertic® injection pump are heavy duty, high precision pumps for chemicals products and additives, made up of one driving module and 1 to 4 injection modules for 25 to 500 l/h. - 7.5 to 150 GPH
In the same injector can be connected several injection modules to apportion different products (INDEPENDENT INJECTION) or to increase the injection flow. By increasing the number of modules in the same injector, a higher flow regularity is obtained, whereby in the 4 modules model an actually continuous flow is obtained. |

Economical and robust, the Milroyal G pumps dose all traditional liquids used in water treatment and industrial processes including: acids, bases, chlorinated products, coagulants, and other products. Designed for ease of maintenance and start-up, the Milroyal G features a robust HPD-style hydraulically actuated diaphragm liquid end coupled to a variable eccentric drive. The absence of contour plates in this liquid end results in "straight-thru" flow ideal for handling polymers and slurries. A unique integral 3-function valve allows for purging of any entrapped gases in the hydraulic oil without disturbing the relief valve setting. Also integral to the liquid end is a site glass for visual indication of a relief condition in the hydraulic system. The smooth sinusoidal flow produced by the variable eccentric drive minimizes flow pulsations and mechanical shock to system components.
Product Features:
HPD liquid end design eliminates contour plates.
Double diaphragm w/leak detection available (10/98).
Liquid End Materials: PVC, PVDF, 316SS.
High viscosity and slurry liquid end options.
56C face and IEC motor options
Integral 3-function valve in hydraulic oil system: automatic airbleed, safety/relief valve, purge button.
Non-lost motion drive design minimizes flow pulsations and mechanical shock.
AC & DC variable speed drives available for automatic control from a 4 - 20 ma signal.
Recommended Service Intervals: 8000 hours when operating at full rated pressure

VACUUBRAND diaphragm pumps are totally oil free, mechanical vacuum pumps. Diaphragm pumps are the efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to water jet pumps. They do not consume water and, therefore, they do not produce contaminated waste water. Diaphragm pumps can be used in a multitude of applications for vacuum generation in laboratories and process plants, such as vacuum filtration, vacuum degasing, vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying chambers, rotary evaporators, distillation, gel dryers, gas analytical systems and roughing of wide-range turbo molecular pumps.
Diaphragm pumps offer low ultimate vacuum down to 80 mbar (one-stage pumps), 9 mbar (two-stage pumps), 2 mbar (three-stage pumps) or 0.3 mbar (four-stage pumps). Optimized kinetics for minimum work and wear of the diaphragm result in high reliability, low scuffing, long life and low noise level of the diaphragm. Only selected resistant materials such as FPM (e.g. Viton® fluoroelastomers) and aluminium or PTFE compounds - depending on the version - are used for the gas and vapour contacted parts.
|

If you need a small, quiet source of vacuum or pressure, you'll find the unit for your application in our line of oilless diaphragm air compressors and vacuum pumps.
• Bonded connecting rod and bearing assembly provides strength and durability
• Standard and miniature models are available for a wide range of performance options
• Chemical resistant materials on miniature models provide for superior corrosion resistance
• Several options for AC and DC motors are available to satisfy virtually any electrical requirement
