Series AA, B & C Diaphragm Chemical Metering Pumps
Series AA, B & C Chemical Metering Pumps have been an industry standard for over 20 years. The familiar yellow and black pumps have a rugged, totally enclosed, chemically resistant housing for protection in the harshest environments. Flow rates to 25.0 GPH and pressures up to 300 psi.
Series E7 Explosion Proof Electronic Metering Pumps
The Series E Metering Pump is designed for use in hazardous environments. It meets or exceeds all standards for Class I, Division I, Groups C and D; Class II, Division I, Groups E, F and G. The stroke speed may be controlled manually or externally by a digital input or a milliamp input with the use of an A to D converter. Flow rates to 20.0 GPH and pressures to 300 psi.
Series G Motor-Driven Metering Pumps
The Series G Metering Pump is designed for high output applications. The drive incorporates a variable eccentic design which ensures smooth output and reduces system shock. An ideal pump for water treatment applications. DC variable speed drives are available for external control and automation. Flow rates to 310 GPH and pressures to 150 psi.
Series H9 High Pressure Electronic Metering Pumps
The Series H9 Metering Pump is designed for very low output injection into high pressure systems. Type “9” control is standard with the stroke speed manually controlled or externally controlled by a digital or milliamp input. Flow rates to 0.14 GPH and pressures to 1000 psi.

Station 1 : The bag comes fully of the products from the vertical ffs integrated with the line, bag with the top side open (not welded), the system keeps the bag on stand up position and progresses through a line with cups
Station 2 : a cold jaws takes the top of the bag and shake it in order to adjust the product inside the bag
Station 3 : A device such the air inside the bag then seal the top side of the bag
Station 4 : a rotating double-head performs the double folding of the top of the bag already welded
Station 5 : label applicator to apply a reclosable label on the top side of the bag, keeping the double fold top seal close to the bag

WEIGHBATCH is a weighing and mixing dosing integrated system. This machine is suitable to treat in particular granular plastic polymers and with other specific accessories can be used also for plastic re-grounded materials having different and not regular sizes. The construction is compact to minimize the overall dimensions and satisfy the higher feed rates. This system has been planned to serve both the extrusion processes and also the injection and moulding ones. This machine is very easy to install thanks to its self supporting structure, which allows both to fix it directly on the plasticizing well and to earth in order to serve different points. It can treat up to a maximum of 8 ingredients; The principal ingredients are dosed through electro-pneumatic controlled slide gates, while the additives are dosed through screw feeders to obtain the maximum precision.

WEIGHBLEND is an ideal system to feed in continuous extrusion lines (blown film , cast, pipes and profiles ). This system is capable of dosing in continuous up to 5 polymers having a regular particle –size and checking in automatic mode the feed rate.
The use of this system is suggested starting from very low productions of 50 Kg/h and up to productions of 800 Kg/h and more. WEIGHBLEND can be equipped with an automatic weight/meter control. This has the purpose to keep constant in the time the weight of every meter of product which comes out from the line. WEIGHBLEND is constituted by a central gravimetric hopper for the principal ingredient and maximum 4 gravimetric dosing zones for the other ones. The machine has a self supporting structure which allows to fix it directly on the feeding well of the extrusion line.
Each dosing zone has its pre-storage hopper with interception slide gates electro-pneumatically controlled by the gravimetric logic.
The principal ingredient feeds directly for gravity the extrusion line, while the other ones are fed through screw feeders directly in to the feeding flow of the principal ingredient.

The feeders of the range “BH” are particularly suitable to dose with accuracy powder and granular materials. Their configuration make them in particular fit for materials with a great fluidity, preventing any possible “ siphon” effect; with the simple use of self-cleaning dosing screws,which are present in the standard range of accessories, is also possible the dosing of materials which are particularly sticky and plasticizing ones.
