This WOLFANGEL® unit was conceived for the vacuum infusion process, where, at the beginning of the process, a great amount of material is required. The capacity is 50 kg/min. Resin, catalyst and accelerator (or inhibitor) are delivered by 3 material pumps. The particular advantage of this plant is that it can process preaccelerated resin. The reaction process of the resin system can be adjusted to an optimum to the temperatures of the environment so that the possibilities of adjustment are improved compared to a preaccelerated system. This concept can also be used for epoxy dosing units.

EMGZ 306A Series
The EMGZ 306A Series is a single channel analogue tension measuring amplifier. There can be two force sensors connected. All settings are done with 20-turn trimmers which are easily accessible from the front. The amplifier outputs are
standardized ± 10 V tension output and 0…20 mA or 4…20 mA current output (switchable by jumpers).
For filtering of the output signals capacitors can be added. As options 10 VDC sensor supply voltage and compound-filled versions with additional vibration protection are available. The compound-filled version is used for rotating applications such as stranding machines, etc.
EMGZ 306A.CAL
This version provides a pushbutton to simulate 50% of the nominal sensor
load. This allows to do the calibration of the amplifier by calculation instead
of physical simulation of the tension. www.fms-technology.com

FMS Force Measuring Bearings are design to combine the live shaft bearings with the tension sensors to minimise machine space requirements. They can be mounted
in any orientation directly to the machine frame or with supports. The red point on the outside of the sensor indicates the positive measuring direction. The high
accuracy design ensures that even with low material wrap angles and high roller weights, tension can still be measured accurately.
|
|
●Functional description
The FMS DMGZ 300 Series compression / tension load cells utilize four foil-type strain gauges in a full wheatstone bridge configuration mounted on the sensor sleeve. This accurate and robust measuring method is ideal to work in harsh
environments.
● Applications
– Compression or tension force measurement
– Nip pressure measurement
– Punching forces

Strain Measurement Devices provides a seemingly infinite variety of sensors to accurately measure force, pressure, acceleration, and other physical parameters. Approximately 90% of SMD products are custom designed, these sensors meet the more specialized needs of OEM's. SMD's Peerless engineering team designs sensors for unique requirements and aggressive cost targets. Typical specialized requirements include small sizes, high temperature, low capacities, “Cenelec” dielectric, and overload proof sensors. SMD's familiarity, especially with state-of-the-art medical products, has led to the development of complete, value-added, SMD produced subassemblies, which incorporate one or more sensors, signal conditioning, electronics, and other features.

SMD can manufacture a load cell or force sensor to measure anything, even something as complex as the human eye! Our load cells are designed and manufactured using our own proprietary thin film strain gauge process for greater stability and accuracy. Our load cell applications include weighing scales, non-invasive medical sensors, pharmaceutical testing, aerospace and industrial measurements. Whether you need an "off the shelf" load cell or custom engineered load-cells, let SMD design an ultra low profile, button style or overload proof sensor for you. We are the world leader in miniature load cells and low profile load cells.

● ExMGZ 100/200.ATEX
ExMGZ 100 / 200.ATEX Intrinsically Safe Barrier The ExMGZ 100/200.ATEX intrinsically safe barrier is used for applications in intrinsically safe or explosion proof environments classified as II(2)GD [EEx ib] IIB / IIC. It is designed for single or double channel tension measurement and can be used with any FMS amplifier, controller, and force sensor. The ExMGZ 100 / 200.ATEX units
are DIN rail mountable, utilize screw terminal connections and are easy to install between the electronic unit in an unprotected area and a force sensor in a protected area.
● Functional description
The ExMGZ 100/200.ATEX intrinsically safe barrier utilizes a zener limiter on the force sensor side. It controls the voltage to the force sensor while preventing over voltage. A zener barrier is provided for each channel on the intrinsically safe side. Therefore the explosion proof area remains safe from hazardous voltage levels while still allowing the tension measurement or control to perform in the process. A control circuit ensures that the voltage drop of the zener barrier is compensated and it is guaranteed that the full excitation voltage is provided to the force sensors.

FMS belt scales are designed for mobile and stationary applications e.g. mobile crushers or stationary conveyors. They are extremly robust and overload protection of the sensor is built-in. The installation in new or existing conveyor systems is easy. FMS belt scales are in successful operation since more than 20 years.
BMGZ Measuring Roller
The forces of the side parts of the belt are transmitted over conical disks separately supported on bearing exactly to the center shaft - and this way upon the force measuring bearings.
Features
The conical disks are moveable on the shaft and can therefore be adapted to any conveyors
Available for angles of inclination of 20° to 45°
All parts are galvanized to provide durable protection against corrosion
Simple design through use of FMS force measuring bearings
Compact device through integration of force and speed measurment on the roller shaft
Measuring bearings and cabling protected against damage from falling material
Maintenance free
