Johnson Pump has a long and broad experience of the design and manufacture of flexible impeller pumps. Our pumps have always stood for innovation and quality with strong emphasis on the flexible impeller itself – the main reason for the successful growth of Johnson Pump from the start some 30 years ago. Typical is the latest development – the first flexible impeller in the world produced, tested and certified according to the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) milk compound formulation. The formulation comprises all types of foodstuffs.

Magmo pumps are designed principally to handle high viscosity abrasive sugar products, such as Molasses, Massecuite and Magma. The ellipse and scraper principle it uses was originally devised by the sugar industry itself to overcome the problems associated with pumping these difficult liquids.
The current design includes the best features from previous pumps and successfully deals with the problems common to pumping liquids such as massecuite.

The P2000 rotary pump is specifically designed for space constrained installations, or where a simpler belt-driven design is preferred. The P2000 rotary pump is available in two different designs :
Inboard roller bearing configuration with single mechanical sealing for duties involving lubricating liquids, such as Fuel Oils, Vegetable Oils, Lube Oils, and Additives.
Inboard plain bearing configuration with gland packing for duties involving non-lubricating liquids, such as Molasses, Resins, and Polymers.

The U2000 rotary pump is specifically designed for systems or processes where infinitely variable flow from 0-100% of the rated pumps capacity is required. The U2000 achieves this with a variety of Control Types, without the need for speed variation devices, bypass lines/loops or control valves. Our patented Constant Pressure Control (CPC) pump will operate against a closed valve.

Among the most efficient, with the smallest footprint in the industry, the Waukesha Cherry-Burrell Homogenizer delivers more output for its plant space than any other. Advanced, fluid-dynamically engineered homogenizing valves achieve the desired degree of dispersion/emulsion with lower pressures, requiring less energy and extending the life of moving parts.
- Precise, non-adjustable plunger seal; double seals standard, single seals optional.
- Injection cooled and flushed seals resulting in increased seal life.
- Headblocks with hardened replaceable valve seats.
- Sanitary overpressure relief device.
- Modular valve assemblies; single or double stage, manual or hydraulic.
- Multiple plunger sizes available for each model.
- Easy to maintain with front loaded seals and separate drive components.
- Also available without homogenizer valves for service as High Pressure Plunger Pump

The Triro pump is of the positive displacement axial flow screw type with only three moving parts - a power rotor and two idler rotors. These three rotors (hence the brand name TRIRO) have accurately machined intermeshing threads which enfold the liquid being pumped and act as seals in relation to each other and to the pump body or sleeve in which they rotate.

The Twinro 2 screw pump is a heavy duty, fixed flow transfer unit. It is available in either Iron, Steel or Stainless Steel constructions to suit a variety of duties. The design of the screwset means the screws intermesh without metalic contact, making the pump suitable for non-lubricating duties. The pump is available in two configurations :
Outboard bearing pumps suitable for non-lubricating liquids, such as Petroleum Liquids, Palm Oils, Fatty Acids and Water Emulsions.
Inboard bearing pumps suitable for lubricating liquids, such as Lube Oils, and clean Fuel Oils.

Acoustic sensors for pump monitoring
SITRANS DA400
Leakages on delivery valves of oscillating positive displacement pumps (e.g. piston pumps) can be detected by measuring cavitation.
The acoustic diagnostic device consists of cavitation sensors and an analyzer unit which supplies the sensors with electrical energy and detects, filters and evaluates the measured signal and outputs an alarm signal on exceeding a defined limit value.
Acoustic sensors for material flow monitoring
SITRANS AS 100
Acoustic sensors monitor high frequency emissions generated by friction and the impact of flowing material or mechanical parts
SITRANS CU 02
Alarm control unit for use with SITRANS AS 100 acoustic sensor
