The 1000D is the largest of the Isco D-series pump modules, with 1-liter nominal cylinder capacity. It delivers precise, positive, pulseless flow over a range of 0.1 ml/minute to 400 ml/minute, at pressures from atmospheric to 2,000 psi.
Improved displacement resolution on this new model gives finer control over motor movement. Coupled to our patented servo circuit, this means the 1000D can deliver excellent flow accuracy without the need for external flow meters. You get low-flow precision at any pressure, plus the high speed smoothness and power of a DC motor.
The 1000D features 1/4" NPT fittings on inlet and outlet ports for less restriction in filling with viscous materials and for easy connection in pilot plant and other common applications. It also has a special piston wash gland that lets you rinse the cylinder wall behind the primary seal, reducing or eliminating corrosive or abrasive effects of the fluid being dispensed. The result is a longer lasting pump with lower maintenance costs.

The 260D was the first Isco D-Series pump module, and our first syringe pump designed specifically for refilling under high pressure and pressure programming to handle supercritical fluids. With pressure control to 7,500 psi (517 bar) and a flow rate range from sub-microliter to 100 ml/min, the 260D offers exceptional versatility for almost any type of R&D or method development with supercritical CO2 and other fluids. Dual-pump systems can provide the capability to meter solvent modifiers into the flow stream, or to deliver non-stop continuous flow.
The 260D is also used for a variety of other applications matching its flow and pressure specifications. For applications requiring pressures up to 10,000 psi and/or greater low-flow precision, see the 100D models.

FMI's V300 is a variable stroke rate metering pump system that drives FMI pumps from 5% to 100% of their rated flow with 0.1% adjustability. Typical speed rates for the direct drive system are 90 to 1800 strokes per minute. The system repeatability is 1%.

Stroke Adjuster is made more compact and adjustment is simplified with an internally threaded design. The positive locking device to hold stroke length is readily accessible and easy to operate.
The Pneumatic Piston and Fluid Plunger Assembly is guided at both ends on TFE composite bearings ensuring concentric movement of the plunger though the seals.
The clearance between the return spring and plunger has been optimized to eliminate any possible contact.
A true double sealing arrangement is used so that secondary seal containment is provided.
Lubrication has been simplified with the use of synthetic grease. The lubrication chamber is filled once over the life of the seals.
The bleeder is equipped with a barbed fitting for plastic tubing so that the fluid bled from the fluid chamber can be collected.
Both the discharge and suction check valves have tough TFE composite seats for long life and positive sealing.
Threaded port after the secondary seal provides for the indication, collection or containment of any seal leakage.

KD Scientific offers the NEW Gemini 88. This unique pump is really two
pumps in one. Each side of the Gemini 88 has its own syringe rack,
motor and leadscrew. The pump can infuse simultaneously at different
rates, or infuse with one syringe and withdraw with the other. When
combined with a valve box it provides continuous delivery.

The Electro Osmotic Pump is of small size but high
pressure performance. It has no mechanical moving parts and so it does not
produce any noise or pulsation in the liquid when operating. It is self
priming and orientation-free. It can be powered by battery or DC power
supply.@It is suitable for applications such as uTAS, Lab-on-a-chip,
dispensing, diagnostics, micro-fuel cells, micro-electronics and
drug-delivery.
It can directly pump de-ionized water methanol and ethanol. Other fluids can
be pumped by indirect pumping. Complete solutions and working systems

The GHC Series of iron, steel and stainless steel pumps is designed for continuous duty service for applications in the operating ranges shown. Is included on the pump a safety valve for guarantee the diaphragm security against over pressure .The gearbox is a standard wormwheel reduction system coupled with a vertical mounted B14 shaped electric motor in accordance with UNEL-MEC specification. The mechanism for variation of the stroke length is a positive stroke spring return operated by an eccentric. Stroke adjustment can be done manually, electrically (4-20mA; Profibus) and pneumatically. Different multiple head units are available on request. All the series can be ATEX certified.

The MultiFertic dosing pump is a heavy duty, high precision electric or diaphrgam pump for dosing chemicals products and additives. It is made up of one driving module and 1 to 4 injection modules for 25 to 500 L/H (7.5 to 150 GPH).
In order to dose different products (INDEPENDENT INJECTION) or increase the inyection flow, several injection modules can be connected in the same injector. If we do so, we can obtain a higher flow regularity. In the case of 4 modules the injection flow is practically constant.
