Process metering pumps
Process metering pumps are used in all applications where corrosive, toxic and flammable liquids are metered under very high pressures and extreme temperatures. They are e.g. used in the chemical industry, petrochemical industry, refineries as well as oil and gas production or as special metering pumps in the process industry.

MAGDOS LT is a solenoid-driven diaphragm pump with a state of the art microprocessor-controlled electronic.
The electronic provides power to the pump drive depending on the system´s pressure requirements thus reducing power consumption, noise level and heat generation. Due to the reduced heat generation MAGDOS LT operates at ambient temperatures of up to 45°C (113°F) depending on the chemical resistance of the wetted end material.
This dosing pump is available for a capacity range of up to 6 l/h and a maximum pressure of 6 to 16 bar. A flexible pressure adjustment is possible.
Double-ball check valves ensure high accuracy even at smallest flow rates.
MAGDOS LT solenoid-driven dosing pumps are especially suitable for water treatment and applications in the process industry. Due to the hermetically sealed design they are suitable for toxic and aggressive media.

The delta® pump is the first pump worldwide with controlled solenoid drive. The suction and pressure strokes are fully monitored and can be adapted to the individual application. The delta pump is equipped for almost any application thanks to numerous drive options as well as the connection via Profibus® or CANbus to the central control station. The pump is equipped with the option “Process Timer" and thus can be used as control centre in cases where otherwise programmable logic controllers would be required.
Advantages
* Flexible adaptation to the metering task ensuring optimal metering accuracy
* The integrated injection control optoGuard® detects hydraulic failures which can then be messaged via the optional relays
* High level of economy thanks to savings with regard to accessories such as e.g. pulsation dampeners, flow monitoring etc.
* High metering accuracy even at varying backpressure

The neMESYS high pressure syringe pumps are made for the precise injection of fluids into high pressure systems or for working with viscous fluids. They bring the approved high precision neMESYS dosing technology into pressure ranges up to 250 bar.
The powerful, highly precise and PID controlled drive unit of this high pressure pump ensures an extremely smooth movement of the syringe piston. This enables the pulsation free generation of precise fluid streams in the range of nanolitres (depends on syringe size) and the dosage of micro volumes. By using rugged stainless steel syringes the force of the drive unit can be converted into pressures up to 250 bar.
The integrated pressure sensor (measurement range 0 - 250 bar) enables continuous monitoring of the actual pressure and may help to increase the safety of your high-pressure applications.
|
|
The neMESYS syringe pumps are ideal for generation of extremely smooth and pulsation free fluid streams in the range of millilitres or even nanolitres per second. They are also perfectly suitable for high precise dosage of micro volumes in the range of nanolitres.
The PID controlled drive unit of these syringe pumps ensures an extremely smooth movement of the syringe piston and prevents stick-slip-effects of the piston inside of the syringe tube. This guarantees a very high precision and the absence of pulsation in the generated fluid streams.
The universal syringe holder offers an outstanding flexibility in choice of the proper syringe for your application. Now the selection of the right syringe only depends on your application and not on any syringe manufacturer. Single syringe pumps can be equipped with 3-way-valves optionally. This allows take-up of reagent and delivery without drawing the syringe from the holder or changing the tubes.

For corrosive and abrasive media, which have to be dosed against higher pressures than 16 bar piston pumps can be fitted with a piston-diaphragm system. The KMS system combines the advantages of leakage-free diaphragm dosing pumps and precise piston dosing pumps and thus ensures reliable dosing.

Highest precision up to 195 bar
The neMESYS mid pressure syringe pumps are made for the precise injection of fluids into systems with higher pressures or for working with viscous fluids. They bring the approved high precision neMESYS dosing technology into pressure
ranges of up to 195 bar.
Technology
By simple assembling of single neMESYS mid pressure syringe pumps (click system) or by linking them via bus cable you can build up a high-performance multi-channel dosing system. The powerful, highly precise and PID controlled drive unit of this mid pressure pump ensures an extremely smooth movement of the syringe piston. This enables the pulsation free generation of precise fluid streams in the range of nanolitres and the dosage of micro volumes.
