Pistol-Grip Attachment allows paste to be applied manually to copper and brass assembly
Compressed air from control panel is introduced to upper gun body, forcing circular piston and attached piston rod upward against coil spring. Pressurized paste alloy (from reservoir) fills vacant space between piston rod tip and nozzle orifice.
As timer de-energizes, compressed air is exhausted, and coil spring returns piston and rod to closed position. Piston rod tip displaces paste alloy through nozzle orifice and seals opening until next cycle. Precise deposit size is obtained by adjusting control panel timer, paste pressure, and length of piston rod stroke.

EFD's unique high-pressure dispensing tools make it easy to apply RTV silicones, epoxies, medical-grade adhesives and other very thick fluids through dispense tips as small as 0.004" in diameter.
These tools are designed to work with EFD air-powered dispensers, and will multiply the output of a standard 100 psi dispenser up to 7x, producing a maximum dispensing pressure of 700 psi. They provides fast, fatigue-free application of thick assembly fluids, minimize the risk of repetitive stress injuries and increase yields by helping workers produce more consistent parts in less time.
These compact, lightweight tools are available in two versions: the HP4x uses 10cc EFD syringe barrels and pistons and produces a maximum pressure of 400 psi. The HP7x unit uses 3cc EFD syringe barrels and provides up to 700 psi of dispensing pressure.

Conformal Coating
When it comes to conformal coating operations, PCB manufacturers are continually challenged by the need to balance throughput, materials and labor investments, while also addressing the regulatory and environmental concerns associated with the process. Traditional methods for applying conformal coatings, such as dipping and air spray, have always been expensive in terms of materials and labor. The expense of solventless conformal coating materials has driven costs even higher.
Asymtek's selective coating systems provide a host of advantages for manufacturers at every level of production from batch to high-volume, in-line processing. These flexible, programmable, integrated coating and curing systems provide precise application of conformal coating and IR/convection or UV curing. A choice of patented dispensing heads allows systems to be configured to meet specific customer coating requirements. The result is cost savings, increased throughput and productivity. In addition, the elimination of VOC emissions delivers a rapid return on investment.

DJ-9100 DispenseJet® Valve
HIGH-SPEED JET DISPENSING FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL FLUIDS
Dispense Liquid Crystal (LC) fluids quickly and accurately with the DJ-9100 jet. Fast, simple and more accurate, the DJ-9100 jet is based on Asymtek%u2019s standard DJ-9000 design. Jetting offers advantages over other LC dispensing methods and delivers better quality, increased flexibility and a low cost of ownership.
Speed: High flow rate %u2013 20 mg or more per second with a high shot rate up to 200 dots per second
Fluid Handling: Bottled LC material is fed directly rather than first transferred to a syringe, eliminating potential contamination and minimizing fluid waste
Cleaning: Quick and easy to clean in ten minutes or less
Quality: High wet-dispense accuracy; multiple dots jetted precisely where needed for One Drop Fill (ODF) of liquid crystal material
Avoids common hidden expenses: Easier and cheaper to operate
Other advantages include:
Jet small dots that promote wetting and allows for complex patterns impossible with other valves
Weighs material automatically, the dispenser adjusts automatically
Minimal wetted parts
Automatic tip cleaning and purge
Calibrated Process Jetting (CPJ%u2122 ) ensures volumetric repeatability during long production runs to improve process capability (Cpk). Dispense patterns are programmed with a specified weight. CPJ periodically samples the dispense weight per dot and computes the number of dots for each pattern. With this data, CPJ optimizes line speed based on the maximum specified shot interval.
Features
Up to 7 times faster than other valves
Eliminates setup complexities associated with multiple pump configurations
Designed for LC fluids
Fewer disposable parts
Avoids contamination of LC fluids while feeding to the jet
Platforms
FPD G-5000 - Flat Panel Display Dispensing System

Micro feeders Fine dosing SPA are probably the first on the market to reach such levels of excellence in term of accuracy, short dosing time and flexibility.
The ingredient is dosed in a small swiveling bowl fitted on an accurate load cell. Sensitive parts as motor reducer and scale are installed in a protective casing.
The integrated batch controller optimizes coarse and fine feeding with automatic tolerance control.
Fine dosing concept allows a ratio between coarse/ fine feeding over 30. This figure is a key point to reach fast dosing process and accuracy.
In automatic version, at the end of dosing stage the bowl rotate 360°. The ingredient is then emptied to the application point.
Fine dosing SP A
Quality of measure : 0.02 gram
Standard deviation of dosing : around 0.05 g
Dosing time : from 3 sec.
Fine dosing SP AA
Quality of measure : 0.001 gram
Standard deviation of dosing : around 0.02g
Dosing time : from 3 sec.
Design of these feeders is made in agreement with drug and food industries requests for cleaning.

Handheld dispense valves are a good choice for manual assembly applications where a timed shot is not required and a relatively large amount of fluid is being consumed.
Operation is simple and straightforward. Fluid is supplied to the valve from a pressurized 1 liter or 5 liter tank. To apply fluid, the operator places the dispense tip in position and presses a lever on the side of the valve. Releasing the lever stops the flow with a fast clean cutoff.

Economical, Easy-to-Use Quick Disconnect Chemical Dispensing System
The DrumQuik® PRO chemical dispensing system from Colder Products Company provides safe, easy and economic extraction of chemicals from drums, jerry cans and other bulk transfer containers while helping to reduce costly spills, contain hazardous fumes and enhance workplace safety. The easy-to-use, closed-system design combines into one integrated unit a recyclable bung closure and dip-tube with a reusable quick disconnect coupler, ensuring that both sides are sealed from point-of-origin to point-of-use.
With DrumQuik PRO, users easily dispense chemicals by removing a shipping plug and then locking the coupler in place. This eliminates the need to install, remove or clean a dip-tube, minimizing the potential for fluid or vapor contact while allowing fast changeovers.
No special tools are required to connect the coupler to the system. Clean-up and disposal are easier, because the low-cost drum insert and dip-tube are recyclable. The quick disconnect coupler can be easily rinsed and cleaned for reuse.
Ideal for single-use applications, DrumQuik PRO is made from FDA-approved polyethylene material that is compatible with most general chemical uses.
