A Multiport selector manifold is a multiport valve that is used to replace traditional production and test oil field manifolds. It is sometimes called a ManiFlow diverter valve (MDV).
This valve replaces multiple valves and extensive piping in oil field applications and as a result significantly reduces operating costs.
The SchuF MDV has up to eight inlets, a test outlet and one main or production outlet. Typical sizes are from 1 inch (DN25) to 12 inches (DN300) and up to ASME 900 pressure class.
|
|
|
SchuF designs and manufactures a range of standard and special diverter valves. Many of our multiport diverter valves are exclusive designs for critical processes and often for severe applications. They are widely used in the PTA, Petrochemical, Polymer & Plastics, as well as Refinery industries.

Bulk flow has to be distributed an collected. For that diverter valves with the highest demand on functionality and operational safety are used. For product pureness deposit-free and CIP capable diverter valves are indispensable.
Their maintenance-free operation is a deciding factor for the profitability of the plant. Diverter valves from Coperion Waeschle fulfil these numerous requirements even at high pressure and temperature ranges.

The PRS6 is a three-way pressure reducing valve that has been developed to give reduced pressure in a particular part of the hydraulic system. The valve maintains the secondary pressure setting constantly, regardless of pressure variations on the primary side. Common applications include pilot circuits in hydraulic and electro-hydraulic servo systems.
Compact and easy to install
Easy to adjust within respective pressure range
Can be factory set and sealed to prevent unauthorized pressure changing
Highly suited for use as a reducing valve in pilot circuits where the pilot pressure is taken from the main circuit
