Whatever you want from a Bulk Materials cut-off valve you’ve got it with Clyde Materials unbeatable Dome Valve® - the cost effective valve solution.
The Clyde Dome Valve®, widely regarded as the original and best material handling valve in the world, offers exceptional life from only a single moving part. The Dome Valve® is recognised as a low maintenance, long life solution that can last at least 1 million cycles between maintenance inspections. It has the ability to cut through static or moving columns of material and is pressure-tight, ensuring a consistent pressure tight seal is created when the valve is in the closed position, but in the open position it provides an unrestricted full bore opening for the best product flow characteristics possible. The Dome Valve® can also be used as a line, vessel or reactor isolation valve.
The Dome Valve® enhances other technologies from Clyde Materials Handling, a leading provider of pneumatic injection, conveying, materials handling & vacuum cleaning solutions.
The solutions we create for our customers generate many benefits and are backed by three decades of domain knowledge, expertise and a track record of generating exemplary success.
Dome Valve® sold in the United States under the trade name ‘Spheri Valve’

Ramen spherical sector valves can be used for
most arduous applications, especially
for shutting off and regulating granular and/or
paste-like media. Due to the spherical
cutout sectors, they are self-cleaning and
offer precise control.

The SOMAS ball segment valves can be used for a wide range of applications. By superior design, combined with materials used SOMAS can solve most of the control and shut-off applications within the process industry. With segment and shaft made in one piece the actuating torque is transmitted without backlash. In combination with SOMAS actuators and positioners they are perfect control valves for long maintenance-free operation. Using our basic design, which incorporates a high degree of flexibility, we can offer solutions for most applications.
The ball segment valves are basically used as a control valve combined with tight shut-off. The characteristic is between linear and equal percentage (logarithmic). Therefore the valve can be used in most installations. When combined with a SOMAS pneumatic actuator and positioner the result will be a valve package with a wide control range. SOMAS ball segment valves with a variety of trim options, body styles and materials can be used to satisfy most control applications.
With sizes from DN25/2 up to DN700 SOMAS can solve most of the control and shut-off applications within the process industry.

Featuring separating diaphragm to isolate actuator from the fluid. Various materials available (bodies in PA, PP, PTFE; diaphragms in FPM, EPDM). Orifice diameters range from 4 to 11 mm.

Total isolation solenoid valves (DRY) combine the traditional characteristics of strength and reliability with construction solutions that make them particularly suitable for the control of aggressive and/or non-contaminable fluids.
The fluid is in contact only with the valve body and the isolation lever or diaphragm; in this way the fluid is protected from any chemical contamination and/or thermic shock
Produced in 2/2 or 3/2 normally closed, open or universal service versions plus miniaturised, silent versions and with a latching actuator.
The numerous versions available, the variety of materials employed and the possibility of studying special solutions make this range of solenoid valves particularly versatile, suitable for applications in the food, a biotechnology, chemical/pharmaceutical and physiological/medical sectors.
