Albany Door Systems' self repairing UltraFast™ high speed door is a work-horse. It was designed specifically for high traffic, heavy duty, industrial and commercial applications. The door can be applied in either interior or exterior applications where moderate wind and/or negative pressure are a problem.

Megadoor S1500 (Special Doors) are designed for individual customer needs, normally extreme size requirements. Doors can be supplied in widths up to 50 m and heights up to 100 m. In multiple door design, dimension possibilities are almost unlimited. Numerous reference objects are available on request.

The Roll-O door is a high speed roll up door that opens and closes using a vertical roll-up operation, as with our other high-speed doors the Roll-O model is suitable for applications where high speed opening and closing times are required.
This type of door is suited to both small and medium size openings and designed for use where heavy traffic is present.
This type of door can be used in a range of applications including stand-alone or combination use and is ideally suited for internal applications where partitions are required between temperature controlled, dusty, noisy or similar areas.
For maximum safety, all Roll-O doors have a built in safety edge.
Upon contact with an obstacle the door stops and reverses automatically to avoid the risk of injury or damage.
All Roll-O doors are CE marked and comply with the appropriate safety regulations EN 13241-1.
The ROLL-O door is available with a variety of bespoke options and can be manufactured to include a crash-proof system, this system ensures that in the event of any impact by a vehicle, the door can easily be reset in a few seconds without any special tools or skills.
As with all our other high-speed doors, in the event of a power failure the ROLL-O door is supplied with a manual override facility.
This ensures the door can be easily opened or closed in the event of power being severed from the door, this override facility minimises on the risk of any inconvenience in entering or leaving the affected area.

Our doors are tight and safe – from the inside and the outside. Their safety locks come equipped with an emergency opening system on the inside.
To guarantee that our coldrooms are perfectly tight, they are provided with a system of three or four layers of seals – just as required.
Doors can, of course, be opened left or right – as you wish.
Standard features include lighting along with a control indicator and a thermometer, as well as a pressure-equalizing valve for our deep-freezing rooms. Their doors also come equipped with a heating of the frame, which has been fitted into a plastic switch surface and can be easily changed.

Our stacking door technology has been proven in practical use throughout the past 30 years.
While opening, the door panels stack into a pack just behind the lintel so effectively, that lighting devices, lifting platforms, crane runways and other fittings located on the ceiling are not affected.
All functional components (guide wheels, electrical feed lines, anti drop device, etc.) use minimal space and are well protected in the lateral tracks. Fibreglass is mainly used for the cladding of the doors. Our fibreglass is manufactures in an in-house developed process and provides a light transmission of up to 78 %. This provides light-flooded working areas which reduces energy consumption in the daytime and creates a pleasant working ambience.
The twin-walled fibreglass elements provide excellent thermal insulation - the all around sealing of the door prevents unnecessary energy losses and draughts in the building.

The SPACELITE HTU is an exceptional sectional door that combines the opening principle of a standard sectional door with the advantages of a Butzbach stacking door in terms of product features and material used.

Castorama has recently opened a new point of sale in Marcon, near Venice, and has chosen DITEC as the supplier of its automatic entrance doors.
Twenty Bis O automatic doors have been installed, all equipped with antipanic breakout device and safety and control systems.
For depots access, the Kronos and Traffic roll-up and folding flexible, automatic doors have been selected.
After the initial period of use, special praises were given to the Kronos door, thanks to its self repairing system, which allows door operation to be immediately restored after an accidental knock.
This is ensured by specially designed, adjustable flexible runners, which avoid the rib from being damaged by allowing it to safely jump out of the curtain retention guides.
The rib can then be restored to its working position by simply pressing it with a hand.
