Power and stability.
Diode-pumped laser sources.
ViolinoTM GREEN, which is one of the product of the Laservall DPSS family, manufactured with an extensive experience and success of ViolinoTM family, is based on the mechanic optical architecture of Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) INTRACAVITY technology.
The INTRACAVITY technology allows a very extensive life of the LBO non-linear crystal together with high beam quality and stability that is ideally used for applications which a short wavelength (532nm) is more suitable in comparison with the I.R. laser radiation.
The result is an innovative laser solution with higher average power with economical operation features and easiness of use and maintenance.
The ViolinoTM GREEN can be used with scanning head for different industrial applications: process of plastics, changing surface color for legible marks without burning and ablation of thin films with no alteration of the substrate material.
All the advantages of the ViolinoTM platform (power stability, reliability and air cooling) have been maintained also on this laser.
As per the ViolinoTM laser family this GREEN laser can be easily integrated in production line for the automotive industries and solar cell scribing, LCD Scribing and Semiconductor wafer dicing.

Overview
Evolution - DPSS Q-Switched
Family of Q-switched Nd:YLF green pump lasers. And introducing the NEW Evolution-HE.
Evolution is a family of frequency-doubled, Nd:YLF lasers with excellent mode quality, stability and a range of power levels ideally suited to pumping Ti:Sapphire ultrafast amplifiers.
With diode laser lifetimes often exceeding 10,000 hours, Evolution's diode-pumping module is key to its reliability, power stability, low noise, excellent beam quality, and compact size.
Highly efficient diode-pumping lowers the thermal load on the YLF rod, which-in turn-reduces noise, improves power stability and enhances beam quality. Evolution is built in a monolithic, thermally stabilized enclosure for reliable, alignment-free operation and rugged packaging.

Characteristic of the Violino 2 is the excellent beam Quality necessary for marking a broad range of materials.
Best results on steel, titanium, aluminium (bare, anodized or coated) as well as on plastics (such as ABS, Lexan, PES, PET, PVC), polycarbonate and many others.
The simple end-pumped architecture using a TE cooled diode laser pump with high MTBF, assures the reliability and availability of the system, which is equired by the standards of many industrial applications including automotive and electronic manufacturing.
The large potentiality of Violino 2 on different materials makes this laser usable in almost all industries whether reliability and efficiency are the most valuable features requested. Other applications include: lasting mark on mechanical parts, decorative design marking on dashboard or cellular phone keyboard, marking of electronic components and identification marking on surgical instruments.

High performances for material processing demanding applications.
Diode-pumped laser sources.
ViolinoTM U.V. , manufactured with an extensive experience and success of ViolinoTM DPSS family, is based on the mechanic optical architecture of Third Harmonic Generation (THG) INTRACAVITY technology.
The INTRACAVITY technology allows a very extensive life of the LBO non-linear crystal. Together with high beam quality and its axial simmetry are ideal to be used for applications which need a short wavelength (355nm).
The U.V. 355nm wavelength causes much less mechanical distortion and much less heat affected zone (HAZ) in comparison with the I.R. laser radiation.
Its high average power and repetition rate allow to cut complex shapes in silicon wafer and in fast scribing of glass.
As per the ViolinoTM laser family this U.V. laser is air cooled and can be easily integrated in production line.
High performances of this Laser source allow its use in demanding material process applications.

The Spectra-Physics Tristar™ is a high-repetition rate Q-switched UV laser. This new state-of-the-art light source offers an impressive combination of power and flexible repetition rates. It can be configured with more than 800 mW of 355 nm power at 100 kHz with a pulse width of <25 ns and a peak power stability of 2 W, or it can be increased to rates of up to 150 kHz in order to allow fast processing speeds.
The Tristar laser is an excellent choice for demanding applications where highly-focused spots, precision positioning and the highest possible throughput are necessary. With this laser, customers can design systems where every pulse is precisely positioned on a micrometer scale. The Tristar ensures that the focus is round and tight enough to apply laser energy exactly where it is needed without damaging or wasting any surrounding material.

Photonics Industries offers two very distinct versions of a tunable wavelength laser, the OPO series and the TU series. The OPO series is the first commercially available Optical Parametric Oscillator to produce pulse rates at a high repetition rate of up to 50 kHz. It is available in two models with a wavelength ranging from 1.5 um to 3.4 um. The TU series uses a Ti:Sapphire crystal in order to produce a wavelength ranging from 193 nm to 960 nm depending on the specifications and model.
