Series 9000P-O
Hypro centrifugal pumps handle big, high-capacity spraying jobs with ease. Use them for spraying liquid fertilizers and other chemicals, including wettable powder slurries for weed control. Make short work of other jobs - filling nurse tanks, watering seed beds, and transferring liquids.
The broad, versatile line includes models with rugged housings of polypropylene that stand up to strong chemical herbicides. Polypropylene pumps are lightweight and provide excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals.

Whether bypassing a pump station during repair, keeping critical services operational at a plant, or helping a construction crew finish on time, Gorman-Rupp's Super T Series® portable engine-driven pumps keep the liquid flowing. Gorman-Rupp's Super T Series self-priming centrifugal pumps are designed to reprime automatically in a completely open system - without a need for suction or discharge check valves (an optional discharge check and air release valve is only required when pumping against a pressurized system). Additionally, there is no need for add-on vacuum pumps or compressors, which add to owner maintenance and increase the potential for costly repairs.

These pumps are suitable for transferring liquids containing impurities measuring up to 30 micron.
The hydraulic components, namely the brass scroll, the bottom in cast iron and the aluminium pump body, allow the pumps to be used with emulsions, oily substances and liquids in general as long as they are not oxidative for construction materials.
Viscosity must not exceed 3° Engler (21 CST).
They must be installed at the top of the tank and must be primed before use.
If the pump sucks in air due to lack of liquid, priming must be repeated.
To ensure a long life for the pump, never let it turn when it is dry since the mechanical seal is not self-lubricated.

The self-priming Fristam FZ pumps operate in accordance with the side-channel principle. Impellers with radial blades, in conjunction with hydro-dynamically optimised side-channels, transmit the pressure energy to the product. Very narrow packed sealing gaps ensure an outstanding suction performance

Today’s pumping applications demand better and more efficient self-priming, solids-handling pumps. At Gorman-Rupp, providing greater performance and reducing installation and maintenance costs have always been our ultimate goals. This makes the Ultra V one of the best values introduced to the pump industry in decades.
This next generation of solids-handling, self-priming centrifugal pumps offers substantially higher pressures, flows, efficiencies and time-saving maintenance features, all in one package.
Ultra V Series pumps achieve up to 60% increased pressure and 40% increased flow over traditional self-priming trash pumps of the same size, while substantially increasing overall pumping efficiency.

GRISWOLD self-priming centrifugal pumps are designed for a variety of applications. For example, they can be used for draining barges and tank cars . . . dewatering mines or underground storage facilities. Homeowners use them for sprinkler systems and swimming pools. When it comes to moving water from one place to another, there’s no end to the jobs that a GRISWOLD Self-Priming Pump can handle!
Take a Look at These Features:
* Fast, Positive Priming: Pressures in the case and in the volute are balanced during pumping, preventing any loss of capacity from recirculation. In operation, you get maximum pumping capacity at the lowest cost.
* Semi-Open Type Impeller: High efficiency, semi-open type impeller with clearance easily adjustable to compensate for wear after extended service, even with abrasive liquids.
* Mechanical Shaft Seal: The open type mechanical seal is the finest available. All metal parts are chrome nickel stainless steel. The stationary seal face is made of optimum grade ceramic, resiliently mounted. The self-lubricating carbon rotating seal face assures longer, more reliable operation with a minimum of wear.
* Heavy Duty Case: Highest quality, close grain cast iron case construction features thick wall sections for more rugged operation under adverse pumping conditions. Yet the entire pump is amazingly lightweight.
* Perfect Alignment: A heavy-duty rigid bracket maintains perfect alignment between the centrifugal pump and the motor.

SCHMITT-Centrifugal Pumps
S range: Self-priming pumps
The pumps in the S range are fitted with an enlarged pump casing which serves as a reservoir for the transmitted fluid. After the reservoir has been filled, the pump produces its own suction, and is therefore self-priming. The impellers of the pumps in this range are shaft-driven. Internal slide rings provide effective sealing for the shaft passage.
The pumps in the S range are available in three different specifications (A, B and C). The specification of pump that you require will depend on the medium you wish to transmit.
Advantages:
- Capacity to pump fluid media from a lower level
Some uses and applications:
- Transfer of chemicals
- Bottling plants
- Drainage systems
