TN Series pumps are designed to cover a wide range of pumping applications. They can handle thin and heavy liquids containing abrasives and bits of solids, while maintaining consistent and dependable flow. Except for 24" and 36" models, pumps are designed so that there are no bearings or seals in the liquid, making them virtually maintenance-free.

Vertical centrifugal immersion pumps
Seal lots and safe to run dry Solid plastic vertical centrifugal immersion pumps are used predominantly space-saving by direct installation into industrial environments. For strongly crystallizing media, centrifugal immersion Pumps are supplied with a special seal to avoid the penetration of steam and the connected crystallization. Standard depths of immersion are ranging from 200 mm up to 500 mm. Depths of immersion up to 1000 mm are possible by the means of an intermediate bearing

The centrifugal immersion pumps of building group 4 are used for wet-pit operation in containers, pits and tanks. Centrifugal immersion pumps for dry-well installation, i.e. to be installed and operated outside the container, are also available.
All components of pumps in plastic design that are in contact with the fluid are made of PP or PVDF. The pump shaft consists of a motor shaft made of stainless steel and a shaft-protecting tube of either PP or PVDF. Built-in elastomers are made of FPM (or also EPDM without surcharge). Centrifugal immersion pumps are equipped with overhang shafts so that there is no need to provide for shaft bearings in components that are in contact with the fluid. Thus, the pumps are safe to run dry and do not require regular service and maintenance.
There is no need of a mechanical sealing of the shaft. Only a so-called gas seal is installed beneath the motor to prevent aggressive vapours from penetrating the motor chamber. But this seal is never in contact with the fluid delivered.
- For aggressive and neutral liquids
- For short-term and continuous operation

Created by the same engineers and manufactured side-by-side with the dependable WEMCO and WEMCO-Hidrostal pumps your already have in service, the WEMCO Model CF Chop-Flow pump is just as rugged and dependable. It is a cost-effective addition to the problem-solving, trouble-free WEMCO pumps you installed years ago. The WEMCO Model CF Chop-Flow pump chops as it pumps, keeping oversized solids and stringy material from clogging your downstream process.
Features / Benefits
- Designed from scratch as a WEMCO Pump, the Chop-Flow pump brings the chopper pumps' segment the same kind of user-friendly pumps you've trusted from WEMCO for over 60 years - rugged, reliable, dependable, and maintenance free.
- High hydraulic effeciency.
- Wrap around nose vanes insure effective chopping at the center of the impeller, without the need for an impeller nut.
- Rear pump out vanes with cutting slots repel and chop any material that gets behind the impeller.
- The wearing parts - the cutting bar and rear cutting teeth - are easily and inexpensively replaceable.
- All clearances are easily adjustable externally, without the need for 2 people and the hassle to unbolt and move the pump and/or motor as required by other designs.
- Top quality materials and castings throughout - no flimsy fabricated parts to corrode.
- Although the pump is completely new technology, it is dimensionally interchangeable with your present pump. Simply remove the old technology, and the Chop-Flow will bolt up to your existing piping and coupling.
- Available with packing and all conventional mechanical seals.

Applications: Typical applications serviced by the Advance Pump include
laser coolers, filtration systems, deionized water transfer, waste water reclamation,
pressure spray systems, fountains, plating chemical transfer and
recirculation, fume scrubbers, pollution control equipment, and transfer of
chemical process fluids.
Design: The Advance Pump is molded out of high-quality glass-filled Noryl®,
which gives it many advantages. It has good resistance to most acids, alkalis
and inorganics. Noryl® has excellent tensile strength, very low water absorption,
and a continuous temperature rating of 194° F.
We also offer the Advance Pump line in polypropylene. The design of the
pump, coupled with the chosen resins, produces a strong, durable, versatile
unit. When used with the patented Impenatra® seal, the fluid pumped does
not contact any metal parts. This allows it to properly handle many applications
at a fraction of the cost of exotic alloys.

Wilfley's Model HD pump is designed for severe-duty applications including high concentrations of solids.
The HD pump offers large diameter impellers for low speed operation and heavy section thicknesses of hydraulic components for long wear life.
The dynamic seal feature provides for leak-free reliable operation without the requirement of seal water such as required by packing glands or mechanical seals. This means there is no product dilution and, without rubbing contact in the seal area, the Model HD pump can be run dry.
The Model HD pump offers easy inspection and change-out of key hydraulic components without disturbing the suction and discharge pipes.
This model is a proven performer in difficult applications containing solids and applications with upset conditions such as cavitation and momentary dry running, which are commonly found in loading/off loading applications.
