MDS and KDS Drills meet the industry demand for effective and efficient driling of steels, cast irons and exotic materials. Available in large to very small diameters, they offer excellent productivity and about 10 times the tool life of HSS drills.

The MDSS "Long Multi Drill" is special designed for deep hole drilling e.g. for crankshaft machining. Cutting temperature, chip removement, strength and geometry of the drill and so called minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) have big influence to cutting process. Especially this MQL enables this carbide twisted drill to make deep hole drilling, whose L/D is more than 15, as short chips are generated by MQL. Our Long Multi Drill has a ZX coated chip generating area and a new designed chip removal area.

Landis Reamer Program
Landis Reamers for reaming, chamfering, and facing come in four basic styles - solid, detachable blade, insert blade and composite. The style supplied will depend upon the operation to be performed and the type of Landis die head in which it will be used. They can be identified by a symbol number stamped or etched on one of the flutes of the solid and composite reamers and on each one of the blades of detachable and insert blade-type reamers.

The Fabricator XRP is a complete plate processing system combining the very best cutting, marking, drilling and milling technologies. These lines are flexible CNC centers capable of complying with the requirements of both traditional steel fabricators and all types of industry requiring flat components in steel for their particular needs. Besides punching and plasma cutting units, daisy wheel marking unit, drilling/milling head, automatic tool changer , oxy-cutting unit and automatic unloading devices are also available. The plate positioning is granted by two carriages with pincher assuring high precision even when heavy plates are processed.
