PRO 35AD-A is a small portable pneumatic drilling machine which allows cutting holes up to 35mm diameter in places with restricted space. This machine is the lowest height magnetic drill currently available on the world market.
Combination of pneumatic drive and permanent magnetic base eliminate the need of electric power supply thus making this machine an ideal solution in many hazardous environments such as oil drilling platforms, mining industry, shipbuilding or petrochemical industry.

For the V603M, V613M and V630M drilling system the positioning of a profile is carried out by a machine integrated feeder rolls positioning system.
Both, the V603M as well as the V630M, are executed with one vertical and two horizontal servo-controlled drilling units. Therefore profiles can be drilled simultaneously in both flanges and in the web. With the rotating drilling unit of the V613M profiles can be drilled vertically as well as horizontally. This system can operate independently for long periods due to the automatic tool changers.
Combine with other systems
The drilling systems can be combined with a horizontal bandsawing machine, a hydraulic numbering machine and/or a beam coping system. For further automation of the pre-fabrication a Voortman shot blaster can be added to the production line. Therefore one operator can centrally control all these machines for drilling, sawing and shot blasting.
Software
Each drilling system is provided with a computer control, which can be integrated in the company’s network, so that DSTV- and DSTV+-data can be directly downloaded, from system files within the company database, to the drilling system. Also software to compose production batches will be installed.

The HL 1000 machines crankshafts of max 1020 mm length and 265 mm diameter. With bore diameters of between 4 and 8 mm, and using minimal quantity lubrication, the HL 1000 offers its users a tool life far above the normal. All machining results - even those of massive 150 kg truck crankshafts - are subsequently checked with the workpiece still held in the chuck, and logged by the control system.

3-axes deep-drilling centre with free-standing coolant tank
The Möck deep-drilling-centre is equipped with three axes X; Y; Z-axes and an employable drill centring with swarf disposal box. The swarf are transported via a telescope pipe directly onto the swarf conveyor. The oil flows through a filter system into the intermediate tank and is then pumped to the cyclone filter and to the supply tank.
The supply tank is dimensioned optimally in its volume; the tank holds 1000 l with a max. hole diameter of 25 mm.
The cooling oil is supplied to the rotary distributor of the spindle by two holes diameter-depending and manually added pumps. Distribution capacity and cooling oil pressure are electronically adjustable.

HYDRAULIC PUNCHING MACHINE PK 30 COMPLETE WITH PROGRAMMABLE MOTORIZED LENGTH STOPS.
Working with programmable continuous cycle or single cycle as preferred. Adjustable stroke and lockings on “Brushless” motors of the reference squares. Punch pause time adjustment on continuous cycle.
Once the machine has been programmed and set in automatic mode, the operator keeps the sheet of metal resting against the two motor-operated length stops and gives the start command using the pedal or push-button. The machine then punches automatically, moving the length stops until the end of the punching cycle is reached. The machine has a semiautomatic cycle and a manual cycle, in which the axes are moved be pressing the buttons.

General overview:
The objective of this machine was to develop a flexible standard cell that applied the productivity of multiple spindle tapping to more than one style part and could also adapt to tap additional parts at a later date. The parts are steel, automotive stampings required in fluctuating, on-demand high volumes. Three completely different style stampings are tapped in the cell. Based on the demand for any particular part, the machine is changed over by exchanging work holding fixtures and cutting tools within the multiple spindle pattern. CNC rigid tap cycles are automatically set to tap the required thread pitch of a particular part thru a fixture identification system. Changeover time is one minute for re-setting the machine to process one of the 3 different parts.

HD is a numerically controlled drilling unit, with a rigid framework, designed for fast working of all types of profiles, flat bars, angle sections, rectangular tubes, etc. up to 1200 x 600 mm.
Machine design (drilling spindles in frame centerline with guides eliminating all deflection during machining) makes a perfectly stable and exceptionally long lasting machine.
This stability suppresses any vibration that may appear on a traditional drilling machine. Moreover, combined with high drilling power and speed, it enables the use of almost any type of drilling, like carbide insert drills for higher productivity.

General description:
The laser work station ILS 500 is a compact machine optimized for high end laser applications in fine mechanics and electronics industry.
Two principal configurations are available:
ILS 500 S:
The model ILS 500 S is equipped with an x/y-axes stage which moves the component under a stationary laser beam.
ILS500 P:
This model is a gantry type machine with flying optics in x- and y-axis. The component is stationary in this case and the laser beam is moved over the component.
InnoLas develops and manufactures customized tooling systems for the ILS 500 and other models. The tooling concepts comprise a range of solutions starting from very simple designs up to complex vacuum tools with automatic clamping and alignment technology.
In all configurations the machines are equipped with linear motors and modern drive technology for high speed and dynamic performance. Linear glass scales are attached to each axis for very precise positioning and movement control. The platform is solid granite. V600 Drilling System
The V600 drilling system is suitable for structural steel fabricators with a limited floor space. The operator loads the drilling table with several profiles behind each other, after which the horizontal drilling unit provides one or more profiles with the programmed hole pattern. By drilling holes through both flanges/sides or by rotating a profile it is possible to drill the material on all sides. Besides drilling the machine can also carry out thread tapping. A vertical hydraulic clamp, which clamps the product to the table during drilling, is fixed at the front of the drilling cabin. For tool changing, the drilling unit is provided with an automatic tool changers. After replacing a drill the length of the new tool is automatically measured and before starting the drilling process the web and flange height will be measured automatically. The holes in the flanges can be positioned with regard to the centre of the measured flange height or the actual web height.

The Drill Matic is a complete line of machines used for the drilling operations on paper rolls. With the Safop's drilling machine it is possible to perform multiple drilling operations and thus reduce the machining time. According to the required technology it is possible to perform multiple drills on stainless steel, steel or bronze rolls. When required only the drilling of rubber or polyurethane covers is perform.
These operations may require the use of Coolant system. These machines are equipped with a bed supporting the work piece and a separate bed for the carriage unit.
The headstock unit is an indexing unit which allows the angular indexing of the roll in order to obtain high accurate Drilling schemas. It is equipped with a positioning brake. The roll is supported between Steady rests and the drive of the rolls is guaranteed thanks to special Cardan joints.
