The Pattern Controller is one component of an adhesive application system consisting of a hot-melt unit, cold glue pressure vessel or cold glue pump, adhesive hoses and applicator heads. The controller can be used for hot-melt or cold glue application. The pattern controller activates solenoids for the applicator heads in order to create individual adhesive patterns. Style 360 Repair Clamp
The Dresser® Style 360® repair clamp offers simplicity and ease of installation. Just wrap the clamp around the pipe, drop the bolts in place and tighten. It's that simple! Moreover, special one-inch long nuts allow the use of a standard deep socket wrench for complete tightening. In the popular 7.5 inch clamp width, there is also a third nut so
the middle nut can be used to pre-tighten the clamp.
Additionally, the smaller sized clamps feature a flexible band which means less holding force is required while tightening.
With the "360" clamp you can repair holes, breaks and splits in the pipeline. You can use it where pipe ends are separated, or where ends are deflected up to 4 degrees or 1/8 inch. Or you can join two pipes with a variation of 1/4 inch outside diameter.
Clamp features include a tapered gasket with a gridded design and the spanner is molded flush with the gasket to prevent "hang up." The "360" has a stainless band, lugs of rugged ductile iron and bolts of corrosion-resistant Dresserloy.

Style 38 Couplings
Proven by years of service on all kinds of pipe, Dresser Style 38 couplings provide flexible, leakproof connections that last the life of the pipe. No costly threading, beveling, exact pipe fitting or alignment is required. The resilient Dresser gaskets absorb vibration and pipe movement and permit curves to be laid with straight pipe lengths. Installation is safe and sure. There's no hazard to workmen or delays due to weather. Dresser Style 38
couplings are available from 1/2" ID to over 400" OD.
NOTE: Commonly used sizes are listed in the tables, but couplings can be
furnished for practically any size or special condition.

Offers 360-degree support for taps off plastic mains
Designed with plastic pipe in mind, the Style 194 service saddle provides a low cost efficient means for supporting the pipe where service taps are made.
Check these advantages:
- Simply "wraps" around the pipe. One bolt to tighten.
- Full 360-degree support of the pipe, with designed-in safeguard against overtightening. Cannot deform the pipe.
- Recessed rubber compound gasket is confined, cannot blow-out, or cold-flow to weaken the seal.
- Boss furnished with either corporation or IPT threads, to suit your standards. 3/4" and 1" tap sizes available.
- Rugged malleable iron bodies are galvanized for long service life. Bolt is corrosion-resistant Dresserloy, cadmium plated.

Style 162 Transition Couplings...
For joining pipe of different diameters
The Dresser Style 162 Transition Coupling permits you to connect two different kinds of pipe or sizes of pipe. You simply select the correct coupling for the pipe diameters being joined. The drawings at right illustrate how gaskets of different cross-sections adjust the coupling to your requirement. Further adjustment is accomplished with reducing middle-ring couplings.
