The automatic plate systems are suitable to process heavy steel plates with a thickness up to 40 mm.
The CNC controlled plate processing machines are able to punch, drill, tap, centre point, deburr and mark heavy steel plates automatically.
V250 Plate punching system
The V250 plate punching system is consists of a hydraulic triple punching machine and a X-Y table with hydraulic material clamping. A drilling unit, an automatic tool changer, a numbering unit and a deburring unit can be added to the machine as an additional extra. With the drilling unit, steel plates can be provided with holes, which cannot be punched, due to the material thickness restrictions.
V200 Plate drilling system
The V200 plate drilling system consists of a CNC-controlled vertical drilling unit and a X-Y table. With the V200, steel plates, pre-cut to a certain dimension, are automatically provided with holes and screw taps. The X-Y table has a double hydraulic material clamping system. Automatic tool changer, a numbering unit and a deburring unit can be added to the machine as an additional extra. With the deburring unit the drilled holes will be deburred automatically from the underside.

LASER DRILLING makes it possible to machine both very small and precise holes in a variety of shapes and orientations in a wide variety of materials, including difficult-to-machine aerospace alloys. These holes can be tapered or shaped to enhance the amount and direction of air or liquid flowing through them. The drilling of holes in aerospace/turbine engine parts generally serves to enhance the cooling characteristics of the part. These holes can be drilled at extreme angles to the surface. Hundreds or thousands of cooling holes can be drilled in one part with a single set up in cylindrical or unusually shaped parts. A high power pulsed Nd:YAG laser is normally used, although a CO2 laser can be used with non-metallic parts. Processing is accomplished through either percussion drilling or trepanning. In the laser drilling process, high power density is accomplished by using a high power laser and a focused spot size of 0.05 mm (0.002") to 0.75 mm (0.030").

The "W" Series Vertical Lathe, primarily dedicated to the machining of light alloy aluminum wheels for the automobile industry, has been IMT Intermato's best selling machine for the past 20 years.
The most popular model, W20-T4, a four-axes machine with pallet loading system, has been produced hundreds of times over and it represents IMT's leading force, bringing along models 22, 24 and 32-all of which now form a large range of vertical lathes capable of meeting almost all existing market demands. The continuous implementation of the already sophisticated projection system has allowed IMT to fine tune and improve the
already high quality of its machines-consequently guaranteeing benefits that reflect in their safety, ergonomics and operation.

K1BL
High-speed hole EDM by Sodick for micro-holes of 0.08 mm diameter
The K1BL is an easy-to-use micro-hole EDM machine for hole diameters up to 0.08 mm.
Its strengths lie in the machining of steels, nonferrous metals, and other difficult materials. With a linear drive for the z axis, it operates with vibration-free precision and high dynamic response in the drilling of holes between 0.08 and 0.25 mm in diameter.
Highly responsive linear motors secure continuous and high precision drilling of very small holes down to the use of 80 micron electrodes. The machinining scope of K1BL, equipped with a Sodick linear motor on the main (Z axis) completes the range. In addition the high response of the linear motor increases the machining speed and reduces the electrode wear significantly.
