Application:
Threaded insert with bores is a self-tapping fastener for the creation of wear-free, vibration-resistant screw joints with high loading capacity in materials with low shearing strength. It is suitable for installation in the following materials: Aluminum and aluminum alloys; magnesium alloys; Duroplastics, thermoplastics(with the exception of rubber-soft thermoplastics < 100 Shore A).

The Foamsert is a special version of the Trisert and has a very coarse truncated external thread form. Like the Trisert it has three equidistant cutting flutes over the length of the external form and it is this unique combination that makes the Foamsert ideally suited for use in structural foam materials, laminated chipboards, medium density fibre board and certain types of glass reinforced plastics.
Continuous product development has led to a headed version of the Foamsert providing all the benefits of the headed Trisert in an expanded range of materials. This innovative new design adds a significant degree of versatility to the existing inserts for plastics. Automatic sprayers model PLUS
The PLUS model is created to serve die-casting machines from 400 to 2500 ton. Buold with brushless motors (on both horizontal and vertical axis) it is able to move the 2 axis at the same time in order to allow entries, internal movements and exits from the dies at very high speed (up to 1,2 m/s). In order to satisfy the different needs of any foundry we have created several models where the difference is basically the vertical stroke (1000 mm, 1300 mm, 1500 mm, 1750 mm, 1900 mm) and of course the horizontal axis. The spraying head is equipped with 7 nozzles fixed platen + 7 nozzles movable platen for the smallest model up to more than 40 nozzles fixed platen 40 nozzles movable platen for the biggest model. On demand it permits to use a spraying head divided into 3 working bands independently programmable with double solenoid valves (one for mixing and two for blow) for spraying of a first lubricant. The easy programming of times, speeds and positions is guaranteed by a microprocessor Siemens S7 and a control panel equipped with dies memory.

DESCRIPTION
The press BV or MIL is used for splitting, adjusting, maintenance and try-out operations on dies and moulds (thermoplastics, die casting, thermosetting, rubber and blanking) and it is possible to inject special waxes, at low pressure, into the mould.
CONSTRUCTION
The very sturdy structure consists of a welded and normalized steel basement and cast iron base-plate.
The lower plate is idraulically extensible and therefore it makes easier the carrying-out of the mould loading and unloading. Furthermore it makes possible to draw the die or mould lower part out of the press by carrying-out the treatments in effortless work position.
The upper plate slides vertically by hydraulic actuation on the four guide columns and can be overturned by 360° way it is possible to put the upper part of the die or mould upper part in effortless work position. The upper plate clamping in the exact horizontal positioning will be given by four hydraulic actuated locating pegs.

Each button on the control panel is marked with a clear function. The sequence of movements is controlled by PLC-SIEMENS S7 to prevent any mistake of the operator.

The Hot Tap Tool is the most precise and economical way to tap through 2", 3", 4", or 6" branch saddles. This tool can be used with the No. 2LC, No. 2CU, No. 14, or the No. 28CU fusion machines in combination with the Sidewinder. The gland is customized to meet the user's material of choice. The user does not have to do any compatibility fusion in the tool make-up. Main line contamination is eliminated by containing continuous chips in the cutter, ahead of the coupon, then retracting them out of the main. Tool components are butt fused together, eliminating the need for safety chains. The gland fitting of the tool includes a packing seal for safety, ensuring no leakage around the cutter drive shaft, and a test valve. The McElroy Hot Tap Tool is long enough to meet or exceed ASTM standards for squeeze off dimensions or it can be used with a ball valve.

DESCRIPTION
The die-splitter is used for splitting, adjusting, maintenance and try-out operations on progressive and transfer dies such an blanking, die casting, etc.
Easy and safe maintenance for the operator
The platens of the die-splitter are provided with 2 large cavities that allow the operator to reach the lower part of the die-half, allowing rapid assembly and disassembly of the various parts of the dies.
COSNTRUCTION
The sturdy structure consists of a welded and normalized steel base, columns and platens.
The lower plate travels on rails away the columns for clear and open loading and unloading. At the ends of the rails is a 90 degree tilting option that tilts the lower die section to a vertical position for easy access to the front and back. After the die is loaded, the plate positions it self between the columns on return travel by mechanical locking, to ensure precision opening and closing of the die halves and repeatability.
As the upper plate slides vertically by hydraulic actuation on the four guide columns and rotates 360 degrees by reduction gears, it is possible to put the upper die half in any work position to carry out the working operations. Clamping of the upper plate in the exact horizontal position is performed using four hydraulically actuated locating pins.
CONTROL PANEL
