Baya is the 3rd generation of hydraulic grab and has been tested numerous times in order to improve the drilling rates, which are the best available on the market, today.
It combines the advantage of the pendular grab (versatility) with the Kelly system (performance and quality).
Use
Baya can be used to construct diaphragm walls or prefabricated walls, cut off diaphragm, oblong piles etc… Baya drills up to great depths, into a large range of grounds (silt to strong sandstone with Rc 100 bar). Clients use Baya where they used hydromill before.
Versatility
Its erection is quick, and so is its dismounting with its cardan system and its quick transport kit, which allows carrying the boom elements at the same time.
Baya has a large range of drilling widths from 19.7’’ to 59’’ and a large range of drilling lengths from 106.3’’ to 165.4’’, thanks to the fast interchangeable elements.

Thanks to its penetration coefficient and its closing force, Baya’s energy is the most powerful in the world, and allows drilling into harder grounds or drilling more quickly.
Thanks to its Kelly and motorised turning joint, Baya can go into the drilling trench very quickly or can empty its bucket above a truck very easily. Finally, the automatic half turn allows better verticality. Baya’s clamshells are all equipped with one chisel allowing better penetration into hard grounds.

Use
Futuro was specially designed for underpinning works (micropiles, (jet) grouting drilling, small soil investigations, water-well drilling, static compaction) with the classical drilling methods (destructive drilling, coring drilling, auger drilling, top hammer drilling, bottom hammer drilling).
Futuro can go through house doors of 29.7 inch wide, or can drill under 87 inch ceiling heights.
Versatility
Futuro can be equipped with masts for rods from 1 to 2 m long, with various rotation heads allowing drilling holes in many cases. Futuro can drill holes with 20° obliquity or drill vertically on the corner of the machine with lateral displacement of the mast.

The AF_10 is a machining centre designed to cut to the utmost the time you have to dedicate to reinforcement fastening operations.
Because it features a loading roller conveyor and an unloading magazine, the bars are stored at exit. Once the profile has been inserted, movement, machining and unloading are all automatic. This way, the operator in charge of welding can take up the bars four at a time, thus cutting times down to the minimum. Or else the operator can dedicate him/herself with greater continuity to other operations required for the preparation of the welding bar.
The AF_10 offers various machining options: it permits having two screw pitch values and two distance values for the first screw from the outer point of the profile (tip of corner in case of 45° cuts, or outer point in case of 90° cuts for the crosspieces). What is more, it also carries out another operation of primary importance (selectable): because it has a lower motor, it drills frames for wall mounting preparation (or other jobs to be verified).
Finally, this is a machining centre which we recommend if you wish to increase the productivity of both a medium-sized workshop or an industrial workshop (in this latter case together with other machining centre and/or cutting/machining units)

The I.4F is an electro-pneumatic milling machinewith a vertical axis, fitted with a revolving head, equipped with four cutter-holding shafts.
This model allows you to fit four different cutting units with the relevant stops, and to use each time the required unit simply by turning the cutter-support head.
It is also supplied with orienting gripper to obtain cutting at 45° or intermediate angles.

The UniCen is a turning and milling center with integrated B-axis where all requirements for complete machining have already been implemented: turning, milling, drilling and thread-cutting all on one machine. This highly flexible and powerful machining centre for complete machining results from the continuous development of vertical machining centres over a period of more than 25 years.
The concept of Unicom 6000 is based on a moving table with integrated carousel turning station and an interface that can receive pallets of up to 2.500 mm in diameter. The table movement is designated as Y-axis and it runs underneath a traverse with cross slide and spindle carrier. The movements of cross slide and spindle carrier are designated as X-and Z-axis respectively.
